The location of this hotel is excellent right in the heart of the old town, few minutes walk from Town Hall, and a wide array of nice restaurants nearby particularly in Stikliu Gatve which is a 5 minute walk. Rooms are extremely clean, yet the bathrooms in the double/twin rooms can be quite restricted for space. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times in relation to organized tours, local knowledge and even organizing a breakfast pack for us to take to the airport as our flight was very early. It was excellent value for money, a beautifully located hotel, nice bar and restaurant food and very friendly staff. The only complaints I would have is the insesent noise level from the bar next door. It would commence at 11pm and finish on weekdays around 2ish, and on weekends at 5-6am. It was not very loud but loud enough to be heard through the walls. Restaurant prices are quite expensive as well, I would recommend eating locally.

Modern, well-equipped rooms and an excellent location. We booked a junior suite and it was well worth the money! Food at the breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was too small and service very slow. There are only a few tables (be prepared to wait!), and one guy trying to take care of all customers. There's only a limited chance for self service (you need to wait for the waiter to bring coffee cups, etc.), so don't expect to get over the breakfast in less than 30 min. There was plenty of other staff at the hotel and in general the service was good, so we were wondering why they don't have more waiters for the breakfast.

The location is convenient and I guess this is the best part of the hotel. The bar is also quiet lively comparatively. The room given to us was a corner one and thus had a weird shape and probably the smallest too. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel as they claim to be.

The room i was allocated was extremely small, especially when considering the prices charged for this hotel. This is possibly one of the smallest rooms i've experienced in a 5 star hotel. Also there is a lack of any lobby seating/waiting area.....so if you need to wait here for any reason, you are generally in the doorway, and in the way of other customers..

Location was very central in nice area of down town full access to all facilities and shops. The hotel staff was friendly on the other hands the Reataurant California staff were very unfriendly and agressive. It is part of the hotel facilities and promoted on the hotel key.

Everything was as it should be and there was nothing I could fault. The shower was fantastic! I didn't like the breakfast room. I found it too small and couldn't find where the plates and bowls were without asking and then feeling silly because they were above.

Location: very good. Bed: Very comfortable with lot's of pillows. 1) Music for breakfast: Trance/Techno! ----- 2) Cleaners: We decided to stay another night. At teh reception they told me it was possible to stay in the same room and that it would be clean in about 10min: Went up and after 2min room was already done: they didn't change towels (still humid), sheds and they didn't clean the floor. I went to reception and they give a new room only when I said that I wanted to cancel it because it wasn't 135euro worth. The new room was only with shower. Not enough for a 5* hotel ----- 3) Breakfast personnel: people was cleaning the table by themselves because they checked it some always enough juice but they never clean the table.

I liked the location and the customer service. The food and drinks range was great too. The fitness room is tiny and was very hot when I used it.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered. I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel, my room was at the front and was rather noisy with the music from the 'California' bar and people on the street.

Staff is very kind friendly and dedicated Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, rooms are clean but little ,bathroom not as such category should offer. Main issue is breakfast,it is poor ,cold cuts are low quality and it is the only 5 stars hotel in the world in which ,nowadays ,you cannot have espresso, cappuccino ,latte or similar but only black coffee. Moreover on sunday I was first client having breakfat at 8 and bottled mineral water single bottle was half empty, clearly the former day remaining one ,even in a 2 stars hotel they would have been avoiding it.

I chose Ramada hotel in Vilnius first time and I was pleasantly surprised. Via check-in I get welcome drink voucher to bar California. Room(221) was with king-size bed and very nice view to National Filharmonic building. After the amazing dinner in Ramada restaurant I went to the California bar to use my voucher for welcome drink. Breakfast room was very nice and cosy. I definitely recommend Ramada hotel if you stay in Vilnius. More desserts for breakfast.

Being upgraded from superior double room to junior suite! Location is very good although bar attached to hotel can be very noisy so ask for top floor (3rd) or side room..... Real fire in lounge was a nice feature! The jacuzzi was never hot during our 11 day stay despite telling several members of staff. Spa is very small & only free 2 guests upto 10am, after that 55 euros. Breakfast is ok but could be better - we tried Radisson across the road & it was much bigger & better.....Also their jacuzzi was hot, spa area was large & free 4 guests all day!

Excellent and extremly serviceminded staff! Well over expectations. Great location, clean and nice rooms and facilities. We have allready booked a new trip this year. Only thing that is missing is a complete SPA, but the staff will recommend and/or organize this for you. Either at the hotel or at the SPA of your wishes.

“We had a really nice stay, the room was big, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! Our room on the 4th floor had a nice balcony, where you could enjoy the evening sun and even see the Vilnius castle. The location is great, really close to the old town. The hotel staff was friendly. The pool, sauna and gym was free from 7-10 am.” Pia, Kerava |
