La habitación muy amplia y cuidada, detalles diarios como chocolates o la previsión del tiempo del día siguiente amenizan la estancia, hotel pequeñito pero mono. Personal muy amable y pendiente de tus necesidades. Incluso estando en una de las más grandes habitaciones del hotel el cuarto de baño ( no tenia bañera) era muy, muy pequeño. ( una verdadera lastima que desmerece el resto de los servicios y atenciones) |

I liked the staff the most.They are extremely calm and hospitable.They are professional as well. Well done to them.I also liked the rooms very much. Classical and cosy as well. I did not like the idea that guests can use the jacuzzi and their sauna free of charge only early in the morning until 09.00 i think. After 09.00 they can use it at a cost, which is in my opinion not pleasing for a five-star property. Thank you. |

Great location in the Old Town section of Vilnius. The friendly and knowledeable staff spoke excellant English and made excellant restaurant recommations. The free Internet access was definite plus. |

Perfect location. Elegant and comfortably arranged rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant atmosphere of good taste, calmness and luxury. Car garage in some distance from the hotel. |

Easy check-in, attentive staff, fabulous breakfast, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use the same hotel again. the twin room was rather small (room 218) and we would have hoped for more space, but we didn't upgrade. If we'd had more time I would have looked at other rooms for a return visit. the location is excellent. |

Very good location and general whole hotel made in good classical style.Superior room was quaite good Breakfest level should be reported to higienic control agency. Third day we had same egs, same fish, same salt - eveything very old and impossible to eat. Only after strong remark , staff sudennly had found new egs, new fish etc otheriwse we would be poisoned definatelly. |

Beautiful hotel with very nice little touches with decor for Christmas. My room was lovely with a most comfortable bed. I also had a business meeting at the hotel and the meeting room facility and catering were both excellent. Reception staff were efficient, proud and confident in their hotel as well as being friendly and the little Christmas gift at Checkout was a lovely and unexpected touch. The television did not give a particularly good picture but this was not really a big problem for me. |
