Everything in Ratonda was really good: Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast and very clean and nice rooms. The ideal location for a trip to Vilnius with a more than good price/quality ratio.

The room was quite big with free internet wifi, Tv and minibar. The hotel is not too far from Catedral Square. When I booked the hotel there was the poosibility to book and pay for the dinner, I didn't book it so when I arrived I asked if was possible have dinner but at the reception they told me that they don't serve dinner, They only serve breakfast.

1,Value for price, located in the main street of Vilnius, only 15 min to the old towm on foot. 2,Great breakfast, and well done job for room service 3,the size of the hotel is not big compare with other 4 star hotel, but looks very warm, and the staff is helpful, by the way, one of the girl in reception is very cute 1,No lift, although only three or four floors total, but majority have baggage 2, the facilities in the room, especially tv has to update, and channel as well

Good location, walk distance from the old town. The room was warm and clean, but quite poor. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very poor, what one might not see from the photos on booking.com. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything your neighbors do. Basically, the hotel is overpriced and overrated, but we enjoyed our stay in it anyways. Vilnius is just perfect place.

I was quite happy with everything in this hotel except 2 things. On the website they mention that they have bus shuttle to airoport and when asked it, they ordered a regular taxi and there is no shuttle. Breakfast can be much better.

Great breakfasts with fresh bread and salmon! Located very close to all main showplaces. Soft water. It was impossible to wash off the soap. Terrible feeling. Poor caught Wi-Fi, we had to move laptop from place to place to catch the signal.

Hotel is very cosy, charming with delicious and budget cuisine. No noice outside, very convenient beds and pillows. Nice and clean sauna. Good place to stay for shoppers - you can easyly reach most of shops and shopping centers while walking. I like breakfasts in this hotel very much - nice beginning makes a day.

The hotel staff was great, whenever we asked something we felt they were only happy to assist. Our room and bathroom were very big (probably the biggest hotel bathroom I have experienced, and that is from many hotels), all spotless clean. Breakfast was also nice. Free parking in the centre of Vilnius. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Nice hotel with good services. But a stupid incident with a member of the personnel. Hope that will be (much) better next time. Nevertheless: I would recommend this hotel. Moreover because the management reacted very quickly in an email and apologized.

This hotel is competitively priced and is situated just off Gedimino Prospect. This location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of Cathedral Square and is quite close to the KGB museum, which I found to be most interesting. It is a small hotel with an intimate feel about it. If we ever return to Vilnius we will book this hotel again. Good cheap connection to the airport (Bus #2). Not a great view from the room window - but who cares?
