Ratonda Centrum Hotel    

Everything's good - location right on the Gedimino prospect but really, really quiet, nice room, attentive and helpful staff. I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in the centre, very close to the main street and about 700 meters to Old town.

My room was big, relatively new, bathroom also spacious and had bidet. For 55 euro per day, in Lithuania it's very good.

Stayed 4 nights, and if would not claim amenities would not be brought in to the room. Usual cheapness and luck of service in all Lithuanian hotels- so just remember for what you have payed and what you have right for.

the location was wonderful, and the breakfast was superb.

the staff was skittish. we lost power within the first 5 minutes of the stay and continued t have no power for both nights we were there. the electrical surge damaged my electronics. the hotel made no offers to compensate us, and we had no ability to charge our phones, computers or other electronics. it was entirely unacceptable and i will not stay there again.

Gentleman working at the reception was very helpful and kind, provided excellent service. We had people leaving to airport at 4am, they provided breakfast boxes and helped arrange the taxi. Front office service was good and the rooms were nice.

Restaurant service was awful. Food was expensive and not worth the money. Service was even worse - slow, orders taken wrongly, not polite. Breakfast was very nice, but dinner was just the worst experience.

The Hotel is 50m from the main shopping street and close to grocery stores, bars, pubs and restaurants and an easy walk to the old town. The room was clean, wireless Internet was fast, staff are not the friendliest but very helpful. Breakfast was okay.

Heating in the room was not good enough to keep it warm. The bathroom was warm though.

Breakfast coffee was quite bad.

В номерах нет ежедневной уборки. Климатизация не работает. Ресторан работает до 20-00. Отель не соответствует заявленным 4-м звездам. 3- максимум.

Просторные чистые номера. Уют, комфорт, шикарный завтрак. От центра 12 минут пешком. На главной улице. Рядом есть банк для обмена на литы. Удобная и большая парковка. Не хотелось покидать отель.
