Hotel and the service was good

The quality of breakfast has declined during the past years. It used to be 10-, but nowadays something like 7,5 (in the scale of 1-10)

Restaurant as for food

I reserved two rooms: double and single. I canceled double room and kept single room, however reservation was kept the way round!

I doesn`t understand what was the reason why tv was working only 5-10 minutes and the you loose the picture... The same was also in other room where my coleague was leaving and also from my previous experince I know that they have better rooms than I have lived for last two nights...

Friendly staff - Good service - Ability to understand english.

I had to pay for a room for a further night even though I didn't stay that night.If you had a facility were I could have used a room to shower because my flight was at 11pm at a special rate this would be very helpful.

Room was clean, everything functioned in it, room was well lit and colours were light, not dark like in most hotels. Frienly staff a big plus

Nice romms, clean and comfortable

My reservation was not registrated. Without a copy of the confirmation I would have been lost....

The convenience of staying in the same hotel as the conference I was attending.

Siitä, että saimme vaihtaa huonetta. Olime etukäteen toivoneet savutonta allergiahuonetta allergiaoireitteni vuoksi, ja aluksi saimme raskasilmaisen tupakkahuoneen, mutta valitettuamme meille järjestyi heti tosi raikas ja tilava huone. Kuntosali ja sauna olivat myös plussaa.

Huoneet ihan ok, kuntosali hyvä, skybar erinomainen, sijainti myös hyvä.

Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál hotelu.Hotel je umístěn u velkého nákupního centra. Překrásný výhled ha město.
