The conference I was attending was held at the hotel so excellent venue, great conference organisation, food both at breakfast and dinner very, very good, rooms very clean and comfortable bar facility welcoming and staff very helpful and friendly. All in all a very good choice |

Very cosmopolitan in food, facilities and service. Very modern and up-to-date with free Internet access. It was too far away from the old town and the restaurants. |

At check out receptionist was very understanding., It is gay friendly and it is so big that one can easily enter or leave the hotel unspottedI Big screen TV Most of receptionist and staff is quite ignorant and not willing to help guests. After many muskietoes in the room they could not offer spray, neither mention next door pharmacy where one could buy. Price was very high for what is offered (due to being full with many bus tourist groups). For such an hotel one would expect more guest amenities. |

It was reletively close to the old town as well as the major centres like acropolous. It was just missing some of the basics like tissues in the rooms etc. |

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Skybar on top was perfect for an afternoon drink, or a nightcap. A porn club just outside the main entrance does not leave a very good first impression. Get rid of it if possible. |

Хорошая работа персонала. Хороший завтрак. На мой взгляд, 4 звезды это много для такого типа отелей. Цена за номер завышена. Утром, ждали лифт (13 этаж) почти 20 минут (9.30).. на завтрак спускались около 10 минут(( На двуспальней кровати одеяло ОЧЕНЬ маленького размера. |

Suomenkielentaitoinen vastaanottovirkaillija oli erittäin hyvä asia. Henkilökkunta oli miellyttävää. Kokolattiamatot huoneissa ovat erittäin epämiellyttävät. Alapesusuihkujen puute on iso puute. |

dobra kuchnia i uprzejma obsługa w restauracji, zarówno w porze nocnej jak i na śniadaniu. Znajomość języka polskiego przez część personelu. ładna panorama Wilna z okien hotelu. nie wymieniono nam akcesoriów łazienkowych (mydło, szampon, body lotion) w drugim dniu pobytu. Słabe menu w SKY BAR. |

Siitä, että saimme vaihtaa huonetta. Olime etukäteen toivoneet savutonta allergiahuonetta allergiaoireitteni vuoksi, ja aluksi saimme raskasilmaisen tupakkahuoneen, mutta valitettuamme meille järjestyi heti tosi raikas ja tilava huone. Kuntosali ja sauna olivat myös plussaa. |
