It was very easy to find, coming from the bus station, only 15min walk, it also is very nicely designed and it feels like home. All the staff were nice, polite and helpful. The carpet in my room was worn out, and the wall around the radiator had stains.

Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Nearly all spoke good English (and some could even understand my terrible Lithuanian). Decent breakfast and good range of things at the bar. For the price it was an excellent hotel! The area is not the most inviting to walk to/from at night. Doesn't concern me much, but might be a bit intimidating for others.

Conveniently located in a quiet side street, a charming and quaint small- ish hotel. Delicious breakfast. Mini bars are listed within the room facilities but are not in every room.

I chose this hotel for its affordable price and its reasonable location. Free PC internet is very helpful. Good breakfast. Quiet and decent guests. Staffs are reasonably helpful, but they did not smile, or say Welcome & Thank you. I felt as I had done something wrong even after I left the hotel. I would choose other hotels located near the center of the old town, as I can still walk to the train/bus station. European towns are dark at night, and many cafe/fun things become alive at night in the center of old town. I would choose a hotel where I can walk back safely at night.

I found that all that I had read about this hotel before I came was true. The breakfasts were very good. The room was clean and the staff were polite and friendly. In addition the Wi-Fi connection was excellent.Although the neighborhood appeared rather taccy, the hotel was a short distance from all the main areas. A lack of air conditioning in the room I was staying in.

For a 3 star hotel the rooms are big and they have free internet and the breakfast is very good with something hot from the kitchen available plus a Swedish table.

Price-quality ratio was excellent Hotel was small and cosy. Room was clean and big enough for two people (we had a separate small living room). Breakfast was good.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel room was clean with lots of light. Our room was cleaned every day and we had a nice view of a park. A good piece of advice that i received from the receptionist was that a taxi should never cost more than 40 Litas anywhere. Please bear that in mind when getting into a taxi, agree a price first! I really liked everything so no complaints.

The location is excellent - for those who know the city. It is outside the old town, but just 10 min by feet. The location is very quiet Rooms are rather small (but for fair money)

Good location, easy to reach the Old Town, transport and not far from the Bus/ Railway station. The room was very cosy and warm despite the really cold weather outside, the stuff - quite friendly :) No complaints. We wished there was a chance to boil water in the room.

Hotel Rinno was a relaxed hotel with large comfortable rooms and friendly staff (all English speakers). Breakfast was the usual continental buffet fare but you can also choose one hot course too. A computer for general use in the hallway was another nice touch. Location was good - about 10 mins from the bus and rail stations and also about 10 mins from the best bits of the old town. Next door was a jazz bar that was good (but a bit posh for me!) I'd definately stay here again. I was very happy with the hotel. No negatives.

Actually I like everything there and 've already adviced Hotel Rinno to my doughter who's going to stay in Vilnius for some days in the Spring. I did like quietness, comfort, design, breakfast and the whole atmosphere of the Rinno Hotel. The most important thing: it's very clean.
