The breakfast service was incredible. A lady asked us our preference for a main course, cooked it and served it. Choice of omelet, eggs, pancakes! She also brought a cup of coffee to our table. There was lots of choice of food to get from a communal table of course. With only 17 rooms, the breakffast area was never crowded. The sleeping rooms, though not large, were certainly adequate and spotlessly clean. The building, though apparently far from new, was done up beautifully and looked new from the inside. The desk staff were fluent in English and very helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and have done so. When asked by email about a suitable taxi from the bus station, we were told all taxis charge about the same. Hard to believe, as the driver seemed to pick a very circuitous route and charged what seemed like a high rate. We checked the distance by walking; very direct, 15 minute walk.

For a smaller hotel the facilities were excellent - the staff were friendly and helpful and eficient - the breakfast was good. The location close to all that you require in the town centre, all within walking distance - a hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Vilnius

Extremely friendly and accommodating personnel, always polite, a pleasure to deal with. Rooms more than adequate for the price, very clean, excellent value for money. Location, while not right in the centre of town, still very good, as could reach all major places of interest within 10-20 mins. Would definitely stay again as a solo traveller. Generally, there is really nothing to complain about. The only thing I would say is that if you have a slightly higher budget and want to take your girlfriend to somewhere a little bit more "special", then I would try and look for a more expensive and luxurious place.

Excellent good value hotel in good location near Old Town, railway, bus stations etc with parking. Superb multilingual staff. Splendid breakfast with included cooked dishes including pancakes, omelettes etc. Don't miss the great restaurant and jazz club next door, there's a cute typical Lithuanian cafe on the corner too.

A pleasant hotel in every respect, very nicely decorated common spaces. Breakfast was excellent with a very good range of fresh products. Very good bed and furniture in bedroom. Bathroom was fine too. Reasonable price for Vilnius and helpful staff. Very nice spacious and quiet rooms. Good wifi from mine. International tv channels available. Room decoration was a bit too simple and location slightly outside the city centre with very few places of interest really nearby (nice French restaurant on Pylimo street though). Nothing major.

Very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast with lots of variety, the single room was small but clean and practically sufficient. There is free wifi and a computer with internet for public use in the lobby. The location is within walking distance from the railway/bus station and very close to the old town. The TV was old and not working well

Always an English speaker around in Reception (or Russian, if you prefer - Lithuanian language is a bit of a minority taste). Everyone extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel seems family-owned and has own individual atmosphere, along with comfortable - not luxurious, but I hadn't asked for luxurious - individualistic rooms. No evening restaurant, and apart from jazz club next door it's a bit of a walk to find something to eat.

The staff were friendly, efficient & helpful & spoke fluent English. The room was warm, clean & comfortable. The breakfasts were an added bonus with a good choice of hot cooked food as well as several cold options, the dining room staff were friendly. The hotel is in a good location for seeing the old town on foot & also within walking distance of both the bus & coach station. We would highly recommend this hotel. We were very impressed with everything and cannot see what anyone would have to complain about!!

It's a well presented and sweet little hotel, with lots of open areas. Easily in line with it's rating! Despite them having to change my room to a 'double' from one with two single beds pushed together - they did so straight away! The Hotel was very clean and warm throughout, despite the temperature outside being around -3 !! The room we had was lovely - with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom facilities were perfect and clean. The breakfast was great too! I would 'definitely' stay and recommend The Rinno again. Umm.. With my checkout being early morning for the airport and having paid for breakfast - it would have been nice if they were willing to offer something that could have been prepared the evening before.

Hotel Rinno was a relaxed hotel with large comfortable rooms and friendly staff (all English speakers). Breakfast was the usual continental buffet fare but you can also choose one hot course too. A computer for general use in the hallway was another nice touch. Location was good - about 10 mins from the bus and rail stations and also about 10 mins from the best bits of the old town. Next door was a jazz bar that was good (but a bit posh for me!) I'd definately stay here again. I was very happy with the hotel. No negatives.

“We had a really nice stay, the room was big, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! Our room on the 4th floor had a nice balcony, where you could enjoy the evening sun and even see the Vilnius castle. The location is great, really close to the old town. The hotel staff was friendly. The pool, sauna and gym was free from 7-10 am.” Pia, Kerava |
