Good value, rooms were new, big, comfortable, clean and cozy. There was a fridge, microwave, and fully equipped kitchen in the room. The breakfest was very good and freshly made, and it was served to our room! On the second morning we had fish fingers for breakfest though, but they were good also. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although the lady who answered the phone couldn't speak english at all, but there were other people that could on the spot.

The location of the Hotel Ruta was a bit bad, hard to reach at first, as the hotel really is in the suburbs of Klaipeda, and it was a bit hard to find amongst apartment buildings. Buses and minibuses go near the hotel, but it takes some time to reach the old town or the ferries to Curonian Spit from the hotel, for example. But if you come by car, this might not be a problem at all.

We like everything, because the service & place it selv was perfect.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und in unser Zimmer geführt. Dieses hatte ein Bad, drei Betten und einen großen LCD-TV. Die Verständigung erfolgte in Englisch sehr gut.Handtücher wurden täglich gwechselt und auch die Betten gemacht. Zum Frühstück gab es landestypische Speisen (Omelette oder Blinnie)sowie Toast, Rohkost und Kaffee (Jacobs). Alles war ausreichend vorhanden und Sonderwünsche erfüllt. In einer Küche hätte man sich auch selbst versorgen können,vom Herd bis zum Wasserkocher/Kaffeemaschine ist alles vorhanden. Das Personal ist rund um die Uhr anwesend. Für alle Fragen waren sie jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können dieses Hotel für Kurzaufenthalte empfehlen.

Der Anfahrtsweg zum Hotel ist sehr abenteuerlich mit vielen tiefen Schaglöchern gespickt. Man fährt auf einer schmalen Straße an parkenden Autos vorbei und wird zum Akrobaten im Ausweichen von "Untiefen". Besonders gefährlich ist der Akt bei Regenwetter, da sind ide Löcher bis zum Rand voll und man kann die Gefahr unterschätzen. Das Hotel liegt inmitten von Wohnblöcken mit feierfreudigen Litauern.Der Geräuschpegel ist dementsprechend hoch. Fenster zu und Ohropax- dann ist auch dies kein Problem mehr :)

Понравилось практически всё, номера отличные, очень стильные и уютные. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Большой плюс, что есть кухня, которой можно воспользоваться и плюс уличная веранда, на которой можно провести отличный ужин.

Достаточно далеко от центра города, на машине 5 минут езды, а вот пешком как минимум 1,5 часа идти.

Доброжелательное отношение персонала к проживающим,спокойная обстановка,хорошее состояние номеров

не было смены белья,хотя полотенца меняли ежедневно.пешком далековато до центра (около 5 км) и до ближайшей остановки (метров 800-900)
