Location is great (on lake, not far from that red castle). Comfortable hotel, good value for money

The hotel has a nice restaurant with fine local food offer.

The staff speaks just few words in English so the communication was a little bit sluggish. One girl has good English but she was just in a day shift.

Hotel is in the beach of the lake (just cross the street) with pleasant swimming, there is nice restaurant; many other restaurants are around. Trakay castle and park are on walking distance. Friendly personnel speak English or (and) Russian - no problem with communications.

Restaurant in the hotel opens at 9 in the morning. It may be not convinuent if you have to start your travel early.

the room was not what i expected, it was far better than i thought it would be, and for the price, well top marks. I would recommended the breakfast as well, very filling as well as cheap. I will be coming back and staying there again soon, thank you for a great stay

очень отзывчивый персонал, хорошо говорят по-русски. неплохой завтрак. отличное местоположение- до замка минут 15 спокойным шагом, окна номеров выходили на озеро. гостиница оставила очень приятное впечатление, не стыдно посоветовать друзьям.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Troskliwy ale nienarzucający się personel - porozumiewający się we wszystkich językach oraz szybko reagujący na dodatkowe prośby (faktura, śniadanie o innej niż wyznaczona porze).

W samym pokoju, w prospektach hotelowych mogłoby znaleźć się miejsce na podanie kodu dostępu do bezprzewodowego Internetu, który jest ale po hasła trzeba chodzić do recepcji. Nieprzyjemna niespodzianka - zamknięta sauna I basen, figurująca we wszystkich materiałach reklamowych. I zaskakujące wyjaśnienie - "zamknięta na weekend".

Hotel świetnie położony. Bardzo sympatyczny I uczynny personel. W pokoju czekały na nas przydatne broszury informacyjne w języku polskim. Restauracje hotelowa serwuje smaczne dania.

Niestety pokój, który otrzymaliśmy był bardzo ciasny I źle wyposażony. Wejście do pokoju z bagażem po krętych, stromych schodach - bardzo uciążliwe. Nawet jednodniowy pobyt był po prostu męczący. Być może w tym hotelu są pokoje o odpowiednim standardzie. My jednak dostaliśmy właśnie taki.

L hotel est situe en bordure du lac tout pret du chateau de Trakai. On peut se baigner dans le lac. Le petit village de Trakai est tres agreable a visiter a pied et le chateau est absolument a voir. Bel environnement, tres calme. Tout se fait a pied.

Nous avions reserve des lits jumeaux et on nous a propose d entree un lit double ! Nous avons refuse et on nous a propose une chambre spacieuse mais avec deux petits lits etroits en mezzanine. Le petit dejeuner est impose sans qu'on nous demande notre avis, sauf pour la boisson (fromage, charcuterie, pain, oeufs au plat)
