Very friendly staff, the young girl being responsible for the breakfast seemed to be trainees, not very friendly and mainly bored or uninterested. Breakfast is not that good because bread is not fresh: ask the maid for a toaster (and you have to ask for it every morning again) :-) Scrambled eggs were swimming in fat but ok. Room was nice and spacious - I even got a bed with 220cm length! Wonderful bathroom with centrally heated floor! Very cosey The swimmingpool is a little bit small in fact but nice that it exists. The prices of the restaurant are mostly western level. For dinner I recommend to go out.The first two nights the central heating was too cold for me. But the staff immediately brought an additional electric radiator. Super! Every day completely new towels, WC being desinfected as well. Room very clean although they overlooked here and there a cobweb. I have no problem with this. |

Spacious clean comfortable rooms. Quiet location near town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The entrance from the street to reception is not easy, particularly when tired. |

The proximity/location and decor were good. During the night we were woken at 3am by kitchen staff cleaning up after a party by what sounded like beer barrels being rolled down cobbled streets! Extraordinarly loud noise that lasted 30 minutes and ruined our night's sleep. |

Great location, wi-fi is available, clean rooms, quiet, stuff helpful Poor restaurant: price high, food mediocre, selection minimal. Eat outside, there are a lot of other restaurants in nearest streets |

The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The room service menu was nice and good value. The location is excellent (a quiet location with easy pedestrian access to old+new parts of the town + ample parking). There's also a couple of PCs for guests to check email etc. The lifts were a slight problem: you need to go up several steps to get to either of the lifts in this old building, and from most rooms you need to get 2 lifts (with stairs in between) to get to breakfast. Not so easy with crutches and a baby, but there was always someone on hand to help. There was no high-chair for the baby to sit on in the restaurant. |

It was a bit difficult to find, due to one-way roads in the city. And the latest GPS update don't show them. But in fact very calm and pleasant place. The dinner at hotel's restaurant was also delicious and perfect. The breakfast could have more hot dishes variety. it was only 2 hot dishes, the other were cold snacks. |

Central location of the hotel is perfect if you want to explore city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable. If you are none-smoker, make sure you'll get smell-free room. Breakfast: we wish we could had fresh bread and bigger choice of hot food. |

Don't like twin beds on double bed base. It's neither a single bed nor a double bed! Also, the restaurant menu was ok but the waiting staff need much more training. |
