the hotel is situated close to the centre, the rooms are big and clean, the breakfast was OK. good parking. TV should be near the bed, not in a separate room. the rooms are waiting for the renovation, they are old-fashioned. |

Very nice and helpful staff, very large and comfortable rooms, quiet place Location is not attractive, there are no elevators and no help to carry a heavy suitcase 2 floors up: and the hotel advertises swimming pool and sauna but there is an extra charge for that of euro 30.- per person |

Our non-smoking room was definitly a smokers room before and smelled disgusting. The room was very cold and the central heating did not work. Although the hotel was near to the city-centre, the hotel is located in a very isolated and ugly district. |

Nice, good choice of breakfast; comfortable parking; friendly, helpful staff. Not enough of hot water in the shower. It finished in 2 minutes |

spacious room yes there is ,when booking room understood there was an indoor pool not a pool i would have to pay again for. was very disappointed with that and also some of your reception staff were lets say not so welcoming ,young lady not included she was nice. |

Good location near city centre ,quite hard to find, located at a little street. absolutely not worth 4 stars. floor was not clean, bathroom was cold, beds were hard as a rock. |

It is not in the city centre but there is not a great distance (10-15 minutes walking). Gym well equipped and free (24 hours). For Basketball fans, the Hotel belongs to the great Sarunas Marciulenis and is attached to the basketball school where many teenagers prepare to become future great players Breakfast buffet is not great. Surprisingly there is no elevator (the hotel has 3 floors). The hotel is mostly dark (lack of light) |

It is very quite and clean. The hotel staff, without exception were always pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. Location is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom large and very clean. We liked the breakfast also. |

An upgrade on my room to a lux room without asking. They said the reason was they ran out of ordinary rooms but... I liked it The rooms could do with air conditioning. The breakfest was lower quality than the industry average, especially that they claim to have 4 stars. First night I specified a non smokers room but got a smokers one, the tidyness of the room first night. Second and third nights were excellent, though |
