Great location. Free parking, which is handy at the center of the city. Rooms need refurbishment, as well as bathrooms with greyish towels. TV was not working.

The convenience as it was only the 2nd time I had been in Lithuania and had not visited the capital before. Handy for access to the cathedral ,Old town and the shops. As I said it was my 1st time but if I go back to Lithuania again then I will chose this hotel. The staff and help given by then was exceptional.

Ideal location in the heart of the old city, just yards from Cathedral Square and conveniently situated for cafés, restaurants, bars, parks, shopping and exploring. My room had virtually no natural light as there was a vine-covered pergola outside the window. As a result I had to turn on the lights to do anything, even in the middle of a sunny day.

Location, Very helpful staff, Spacious rooms, Free Wifi, The bedroom was a bit cold but tolerable. I did not complain so I don't know what the hotel's response would have been.

The location is great. Very close to the old city. The room was smelly. Probably it was used as a room for smokers. The breakfast is really confusing. You have to order within 10 local money.

Fantastic location, and very comfortable room and amenities considering the price. Was also much quieter than I had expected. Cannot say much bad about this place given the price... However, if you come with a fair amount of luggage, there are not any lifts/elevators on the property and I had considerable trouble getting my large suitcases up and down the very small and very windy staircases. Also, they wi-fi was not stable, was literally disconnected every 5 mins or more often, which I found to be a headache. Else all things were quite good at the hotel.

Excellent location, right across the street from the Cathedral. The room was basically a suite (living room + bedroom), very spacious and comfortable. Quick and reliable wifi. Modern bathroom. Ok breakfast (10 litas credit per person at café on hotel premises). No major issues: No elevator. Staff tried to be helpful but had only very basic command of English (seemed unfortunately quite common in Vilnius)

The hotel was centrally placed closed to shops, museums, public transport and the old town. Easily to find. There was a café and a restaurant with a very nice staff and nice food and drinks. It was possible to sit outside in the backyard in a little terasse and have your meal. Though trying to be friendly the staff was ineffecient and didn´t seem to want to deal with problems. Shower in room 6 was leaking. Couldn´t be fixed but I was only offered ekstra towels to put on the floor. I asked for a new room, and with rolling eys the receptionist moved me to room 7 and another unknowing couple was having room 6 instead. In my new room 7, I had to lie on my knees to use the mirror. The drain wasn´t working so the water would stay after showering. There was mold on the walls in the bath, The beds are only 180 cm long. The room wasn´t cleaned during my 10 days stay. Only new linen and towels. No bin in the room, you had to use the toiletbin. Neither room 6 and 7 are suited as doublerooms. You have to climb over each other to get to bed and can knock your head on the wall. Price for room stated in euro but paid in litas. Hotel used banks exchanged rate, so room was more expensive than stated. There is no minibar as stated and the fridge is snoring, so you have to turn it off in the night. Breakfast is NOT included. You have to pay extra if spending more than 10 litas pr. day. Cappucino is 5 litas and juice 5 litas. Be aware that tvs can be very small and hung under the ceiling so you can strain your neck when watching tv. Generally the hotel is outdated and I would recommend you to choose another one.

Good location, nice staff Breakfast is taken in a neighouring bar and only 10 Litas per person are allocated. You have to pay extra if this amount is exceeded. The choice was not that good and helpings of cornflakes are anything than sufficient

The location close to the cathedral square and the old town is very good. Unfriendly staff, did not great us with a hello or welcome not a single time on our three day visit, they only responded if you said hello/good morning. There is no elevator and stairs are steep and narrow. Even though a living room is present in some rooms, the sleeping room is small with the walls very close to the bed edges. The limit sum for breakfast was very low (10 LTL per person), you had to pay moore if you wanted something close to a normal breakfast. One morning we were (four persons) alone in the breakfast cafe despit a three persons that already had finished there meal, we ordered and took one step away from the table to sit on the outside (terrace) when an waiter in a very unfriendly manner said that it was not allowed. On the same morning two of us waited for one yougurth and one boiled egg for 30 minutes, the rest of the meal was fininshed, 5 minutes later one staff menber said that they had no yougurth and if we wished somtething else, needless to say we went away. There is so many more hotels in Vilnius, please book some another hotel if you want good service.

The location is perfect, very close to Cathedral. It was clean and I had everything I need There's a limit of money for the breakfast and it is not a nice thing but it doesn't matter. There's any pc for an Internet connection. I asked for a room not at last floor but the only one available was there
