Hotelli oli uudehko ja todella siisti. Henkilökunta ei juurikaan puhunut englantia. Aamiainen todella surkea ja tarjoiltiin pöytiin. Pyysivät lemmikistä 6e kpl ja tämä asia selvisi meille vasta paikanpäällä, internetissä ei asiasta ollut mitään mainintaa. Taistelimme asiasta yli tunnin henkilökunnan kanssa, koska oli todella suuri yllätys kun pyysivät ennestään hintavaan huoneeseen vielä 24e lisää rahaa neljästä pienestä koirasta jotka matkustivat niille varatuissa häkeissään!! |

Henkilökunnan asenne ja hotellin palvelutaso. Hotellissa ns. ilmastointi, joka kylmimmässä asennossaan teki huoneesta tuskallisen kuuman. Nukkuminen mahdotonta. Samoja kommentteja muilta vierailta. Lähtiessä perättömät syytökset peilin rikkomisesta. |

Koiraystävällinen, siisti perushotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Hotellin osoite "väärä"? Navigaattorin ja karttapalvelun kautta kadunnimi mikä oli ilmoitettu, sijaitsi 10 kilometrin päässä kohteesta. Hotellin löytäminen erittäin hankalaa. Visa-korttien varmennus ei toiminut. |

Siisti hotelli, runsaasti parkkipaikkoja, hyvä sijainti Via Baltican varrella, hyvä aamupala (vaikka olikin hinnoiteltu erikseen), ystävällinen palvelu. Pohjoisesta tullessa hotelliin voisi olla selkeämpi ohjeistus, oli epäselvää mille rampille tulee kääntyä. Voisiko nettisivuille laittaa tarkempaa opastusta? |
