i was couple times in this hotel I must admit that hotel is empty of guest. I was alone in hotel, no any guests. Strange in middle of big town. The resturnat becouse of this fact work slowly as they could. Standard dish from menu keep 1 hour. Maybe is answer that hotel is empty. Besides prices goes rise every my stay. The hotel "goes to the dogs".

The staff was extremely nice and friendly - the best staff we've seen in any Lithuanian hotel ever! The hotel was clean and stylish, spacious clean rooms, good service. Idyllic, quiet and restful hotel. The location was not perfect, but near to the city centre anyway - only about 15-20 minutes walk from Laisvės alėja. We had a luxury double room, and according to booking.com room description there should've been a balcony in room. However, our luxury double room in 3rd floor had no balcony, which was quite a disappointment for us (we both smoke, so we had to go every time downstairs for smoke).

Zeer vriendelijke receptie, uitstekend restaurant. Voor 1 a 2 nachten niks mis mee. Receptie spreekt goed de talen , helaas bediening restaurant niets.

Przesympatyczna obsługa , po bardzo długiej podróży dostalismy kolację do pokoju bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat -personel sam to zaproponował. Luksus na najwyzszym poziomie. Cisza, spokój I wysmienita kuchnia. Bardzo wygodne łóżka!!!!!!!!!!

Jättefint hotell rent och fräscht kunde vart en toppenställe om inte... se nedan Receptionpersonalen var mycket trevliga, plus till dem Serveringpersonalen var urusel undrar hur dom ens kunde vara anställda 3 blev utan mat (de äldsta och gravid) under en familjemiddag vi hade på hotellet man fortsatte att säga att maten var på väg trots att den aldrig skulle komma och till slut kunde man erbjuda en fruksallad till 1 person ! Vi fick fixa hämtpizza ! så ingen skulle behöva somna hungrig ! Fredag och lördag kväll hade hotellet bokat in bröllop mycket stökigt och hög musik fram till halv 3 inte mycket sömn dom nätterna ! borde bli kompenserade men icke ! vi var förvisade till foajen på andra våningen och hade inte tillgång till trädgård eller matsal. Det fanns varken Spa eller badmöjligheter på hotellet ! We-fi fungerade väldigt dåligt

Vacker hotellträdgård, personalen försökte hjälpa till med våra klagomål men var hjälplösa. Rummet var tjusigt. Vi borde få lite pengar tillbaka eftersom vi bokade ett hotell med swimmingpool som ni uppgett att hotellet hade, men det fanns ej. De hade mycket högljudd bröllopsfest på hotellet två kvällar /nätter I rad så vår nattsömn blev ordenligt störd, en natt till 03.30. Natten efter till 01.30 ungefär och då skulle vi upp 04.00 för en flygresa. Festen ockuperade aala gemensamma utrymmen på hotellet. Vi blev erbjudna att byta rum mitt I natten, men det orkade vi inte. Frukosten var oaptitlig och kass för att vara på ett 4-stärnigt hotell. Någon luxury var det inte.

“Pre-arrival I was enormously assisted by Inga who ensured that my partner and I would have the best room available, the room was very spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was very beautiful and unlike other well known hotels in Kaunas we actually had coffee and tea in the room. The room service and food was excellent, all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. As soon as you walk in the door you are made to feel very welcome, it was a little like walking into your parents house on Christmas morning especially n January with the snow.
