warm welcome with a close to perfect "registrationprocess" (no formalities, just the Hi Mr. Bremmers, can I show your room?) upgraded room is not only maketingwise handy: its showing interest and efforts: bravo; a kind of normal breakfast, though just good; the lightness and design: modern but making feel good; excellent beds and the good not pushy advise on possible doables / where to go: in short: try out for yourself very much a detail: already recommended to use a gas-cooker for soft boiled eggs.......somewhat an issue: for a solo traveler the prices for spa/turkish bath/jacuzi are over the top; for Smilciu Vilos own comfort: some more basic tools/clohts/towels in the appartments kitchen; and for guests confort: excellent beds deserve down bedding |

Lovely, cosy, light, unforgettable design place to relax and to get away from the city noice. Just a short distance to walk from the beautifull seaside. The staff - very hospitable - creating family-warm atmosphere, feels like at home. Simply - the best place in Palanga I've ever been to. |

Excellent design, superb furnishings, fixtures and fittings. fabulous staff - could not have been more helpful, really great. Extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Luxury at it's best - highly recommend this hotel. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly with tips about the area and some local restaurants and we'd like to thank them. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean but not so spacious. Very good breakfast. Private parking. No restaurant or lobby bar in the hotel. Children´s playground could be better equipped. |
