Friendly staff and large rooms. It was quiet in the room. Price was good. It have broken bath hub and cleanness was not perfect. To find hotel you need look at map first in other case you can spend half an hour to try find it - as we did :)

Quiet place, clean and neat environment; staff very well trained (or well selected) - having in mind that in Lithuania is still very common to meet rude and poor service skills possessing (or not having ANY) service personnel in many areas. If I need to stay in Vilnius again, I will definitely choose Telecom Hotel, as it is a very good standard accommodation for an average person. Thank you!

It is located in the center of Vilnius. The guy at the reception was extremely polite and ready to help. The condition of the room is not excellent. It would be better after the redecoration. On the other hand, it was clean and everything worked, except for one lamp on the head of the bed :)

Very friendly and discreet personnel, excellent place for staying in Vilnius. Just 10-15 minutes walk to get to the city centre, 15 minutes by bus to the airport. No WiFi available, but I expected that, since it wasn't mentioned in the description.

The Telecom Hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Vilnius Old Town. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Overall, the Telecom was excellent value for money.

Cheap They were not upfront about the fact you only get a single blanket for a double room. Even if they added the price of the bedding, they would stillhave been competitive. Having travelled across the globe, that sort of misrepresentation can impact ones holiday. Thankfully, they let me check out without too much fuss
