The hotel is a member of prestigious collection of luxury, independently-owned hotels - Summit Hotels & Resorts. The Hotel is one of the most unique in Eastern Europe because it preserved its original structure from the Middle Ages, and it has its- own closed inner courtyard which was covered with a glass roof during the major reconstruction 5 years ago.
Just a short walk from the hotel you will find Gediminas' Tower, the cathedral, and the fascinating Three Crosses Hill. Even nearer at hand is the beautiful St. Anns' church and a number of museums.

The staff at the hotel are excellent. Very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Bottled water should be free in the rooms. Internet access was also expensive. |

good location and nice personnel the rooms were too small, the should enlarge them. prices for mini bar are too high comparing even with any most expensive cafe or bar in the city. everything is closed after 23:00, i think the can keep small bar or something opened. |

1.Можно было курить в номере.2.Довольно приличная сауна, но пользоваться ей можно бесплатно только с 7 до 9 утра, что я нахожу неприемлемым для отелей 5 звезд.3.Быстрый бесплатный интернет (но эту опцию можно получить в любом кафе Вильнюса) 1.Надо продать этот отель нормальной управляющей компании.2.Полностью поменять менеджмент.3.Сделать ремонт.4.Снизить звезды и цены до 3х. |

ロケーションがとても良く、市内の観光地にアクセスが容易。エアコンのコントローラーがあるかどうかをレセ- プションに聞いたら、気を利かせて電気ヒーターを持ってきてくれた。スタッフのサービスが良く行き届いてい- ると感じた。 スパが高い！一人30ユーロと聞いて止めた。それと冬は寒いので部屋にポットがあると嬉しい。 |

Die Centrale lage, und mit Restaurant ( nur zu teuer) Finde es nicht in Ordnung wenn es auf die Speisekarte wine by glas 12Lt steht, und nachher wird 24Lt verlangt mit die begründung es sei 2 dl !!!!!! . Es steht nirgens das es um dl handelt und es wird auch nicht bei der bestellung danach gefragt. Habe mich beschwert, aber es wurde sicher nicht weitergeleitet. Dazu entsprechen die Preise auf die Speisekarte nicht das was man bekomt.Viel zu Teuer. |

Beliggenhed og hyggelig atmosfære. Gammelt kloster, der er bygget om. For dyrt at bruge pool og spa. Desuden absurde minibar priser. 7 euro for en flaske vand |

Понравилось абсолютно все, прекрасный отель, с прекрасным персоналом и обслуживанием. В номере желательно иметь халаты. |

l'hotel est très bien placé au centre touristique de Vilnius et de plus il est parfaitement silencieux la piscine n'etait pas en état comme parfois dans d'autres hotels et nous sommes pas prévenus par avance. |
