The staff at the hotel are excellent. Very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Bottled water should be free in the rooms. Internet access was also expensive. |

good location and nice personnel the rooms were too small, the should enlarge them. prices for mini bar are too high comparing even with any most expensive cafe or bar in the city. everything is closed after 23:00, i think the can keep small bar or something opened. |

Convenient location and very kind and attentive staff. In an ideal world for a 5* hotel, I'd prefer more free English TV channels, free internet and free use of pool - but it is not an ideal world so I can live with having the choice to pay a little extra for these if I want to use them. I paid for the spa and it was wonderful. |

Superb location; Very nice staff; Very good hotel. Not really a problem, but the car parking is difficult to reach, as you have to follow the old town labyrinth to reach it. At arrival, the staff was very nice and helped a lot on this "problem". |

Topquality hotel with very professional, helpful and friendly deskstaff and servants. The rooms are well designed and nicely decorated, but not overdone. Transport from and to the airport was arranged perfectly. This was hospitality at its best and although it is classy it is also has very relaxed atmosphere that often is absent in this type of hotel. |
