Cancellation
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 17.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Guests are requested to pay upon arrival. The only accepted form of payment is cash (EUR).
A damage deposit (50% of the total amount) will be required.
There are 2 possibilities how to get your key for the apartment:
- A staff member can meet you near the apartment
- You can request an airport pick-up (at an extra charge) and the driver will take you directly to the apartment.

The apartment was lovely, nicely designed and furnished and convenient to all of the attractions of beautiful old town Vilnius. We slept well in the big, comfortable bed, the shower was excellent and the washing machine was a plus. We would recommend it with enthusiasm. |

he room itself was quiet, modern, comfortable and well equipped and the apartments situated in a quiet but quite decayed back yeard. The location close to the old town was very good. The appointment (in order to get the keys) failed totally due to the too late mail sent by the stuff. The checking in didn't become any better when we finally met two very impolite and nasty representants of the stuff. The same happened to an other couple. too, so the check in system didn't work quite complete. |

We liked everything in Vilnius Apartments. The owners are very nice and helpful. Rooms are big, clean, quiet, well equiped. Perfect location, walking distance to all Vilnius attractions; parking free of charge and internet. Really good value for the money |

It is a nice apartment, very comfortable. It has furniture in good condition and in sufficient numbers to ensure a pleasant stay. Located in the old town of Vilnius near to all facilities necessary for a good time. The staff is very polite and was very honest with us. Is a great place to stay in Lithuania. Without doubt, recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Vilnius. |

Nice location out of the center, short walk from bus station. Very clean, nicely designed. Very helpful staff let us leave our bags after we checked out since we had a later flight and called us a cab to the airport, which saved us a ton from a cab hailed on the street. Apartment did not have balcony as listed in its amenities. |

Conveniently located just off bus/train station in an area with variety of restaurants,museums.The landlady was friendly,the beds comfortable and the apartment very nice. Also they have free parking, internet.Perfect for independent travelers, we felt this was perfect and we definitely return! |

Recently renovated (modern and nicely done) and clean. Landlady was very nice, spoke excellent English, and was there as promised when we arrived. The location is excellent: a ten minute walk from train and bus stations, and three minutes from the old town (but outside the old town, so it's quiet). A couple of grocery stores are within walking distance. There's not really anything I can criticize - it's a very nice apartment, fairly priced. |

Very new furnished apartment and very clean and the decor was lovely . The location was also excellent . The staffs are brilliant. Very helpful, very flexible and accommodating. Good value for money. The apartment is only a 10 min. walk from the train and bus station & easy to find. Apartment is in the quite historical yard . Yard is safe, free parking place, free internet. |

First of all Vilnius Apartments are located in a beautiful yard, where modern meets tradition. It's safe and calm. We were realy amazed by the room - it's in very good taste, clean and very well equipped (I'm not sure about the rest, but our was equipped with washing-mashine, iron, flat electric cooker, flat tv, satellite (with Polish channels also), internet(very good cable one, and poor wi-fi),... |

Nice studio with a small kitchen 5 minutes walk from the bus and train station and 5 minutes walk from the old city center. Safe and quiet inside old the yard, no noise from traffic. Internet. Personnel is friendly. Convenient for walking tours. |
