Alvisse Parc Hotel

When we first arrived and got the keys for the room, the room was already taken by other visitors. Later they gave us 3 times a room which door couldn't close. The girls at the reception desk where laughing at me when I came back for help. At the fifth time, we could finally enter the room.

Swimming pool and environment.

Put airconditionning, because during summer you are obliged to leave the windows open and the noise from the road is disturbing.

Rooms where clean and of a good size. Popular swimming pool area. Good free parking. Nice bar downstairs.

There is no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was average, and no food available outside of the limited restaurant hours. The location is somewhat out of the way with nothing within walking distance, but there is a regular bus service close by. Although the reception staff where very polite and tried to be helpful thier english was limited making it difficult to get tourist information at the hotel.

It is definitly not a 4 star hotel, 2 or maybe 3 at the most.

The value for the money is not good. To access the outside pool , as a part of the hotel is under construction, you are not alowed to go through the indoor pool or gym as the indoor pool or gym are managed by another company that are not very friendly.

It was convinient for traveling from France to Germany. Staff was very nice and offered cot for our son. Pool was great for our 4yr old boy. Would have been better if outside pool was usable after 19:00 for later arrivals. Restaurant food good.

There was no air conditioning. Even though it was cool outside, opening windows was not an option because room faces forest and there are a lot of insects/bug.

stinking parfume in the room probably hiding another bed smell, dirty carpets, noisy hotel, missing door-steps in the rooms, terrible personnel performance during the poor breakfest - not cleaning the tables, everywhere the temains of previous boarders, dirty eating room

Good location, convinient parking on the territory of the hotel, nice forest around.

The room was comfortable aside from the bed. We were provided with a baby bed even though we didn't ask for one, which we thought was nice. The area was nice.

The massage was horrible and resulted in pain for more than a week afterward. It was as if the massage therapist didn't know what she was doing. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable.

Despite the hotel being away from the city and poor public transport, the view of the countryside was nice. The indoor pool facilities looked very good and it was a shame I did not use them.

The information provided in internet does not match reality. Permanent problem with the key was solved after I left hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The lunch we had was good and well priced

The breakfast area is absolute chaos. It's a bit too small for the amount of people the hotel can hold.
