Very good price for 4 star, free parking (unusual in luxembourg), free wifi

Staff ok but not enthusiastic at all. Sometimes it took ages to get diner served. At check out I asked a front desk clerk for a bill, explaining him how it should be like, left even a paper with instructions, simple 5 nights, final prices paid, not details. Asked if all is clear and left for a breakfast. When i came back there was a bill...which was NOT AT ALL what I requested. The guy could not change the bill beacuse the system closed the transaction and was locked for a change. He promised that he will pass my request to the accounts, noted in the system my email address and .....SURE they did not send anything to me, that's why I am writing this NEGATIVE comment. Moreover I had a half board pre-paid via booking.com, but the stuff could not find it in the sytem easly. I had to bother myself back to the room to find the paper to prove that I, indeed, already paid for the food. There was no MINIBAR in the room, also BAD for a 4star hotel.

The heating is bad,it is only wrong

Good location, bus stop outside 10 minutes to city centre. Indoor pol good for swimming but not for children as no shallow end. Outside facilities good for summer family breaks. Modern style. Used mostly by businesses

Decent hotel and after renovation prob very good. Price of the hotel is good vs the other hotels of same quality in Luxembourg.

Hotel is not in best shape. However, renovation in progress. It's not realy close to center. Taxi is about 18 euro, by car 10 minutes. They could 'fresh' up the staff a little.

The location is good for the city. The food is good and also plenty of choice at breakfast. The hotel has been recently refurbished to a very good standard, the rooms are a good size and the hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. The bar staff are especially welcoming and the bar itself is a very comfortable area to be in. There is also plenty of free parking.

This was our third stay and I have always enjoyed my stays. The hotel gets better each time as there are always positive thing being made to improve the hotel. I can recommend this hotel to the single traveller, couples or families.

The comfort of the rooms, the pool and the resataurant and the breakfast in the room.

That was my second stay in this hotel. Before I had a small issue with a reciept but it was resolved by a manager. Recenlty no problems whatsoever. I liked swimming pool and sauna plus a parking lot free of charge. The staff was professional. I paid a "demi pension" (half board) and must admit that the food provided for that money (21 euro) was very good (a soup, a main course and a dessert). To sum up, very good value for the money.

The tv programme selection could be much better. No English channels, no cnn, no bbc. Basically only French / German and Luxeburgish channels.

Renovated rooms very pleasant, large, clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable (which makes the hotel exceptional, in my experience). Very well priced package: free parking, free internet (though very, very slow); reasonable choice of breakfast; and reasonably priced room service. Could do with a better range of tv channels (an English language news channel would be good).

The restaurant is nice, with good service and food quality. The bar always has a nice crowd of business people, and the pool/sauna is very nice to use

They are obviously improving the hotel and parts of it, such as reception and restaurant, are very impressive. The pool and spa facilities were clean and comfortable - the outstanding feature was the quality of the restaurant's food. On 2 nights my wife and I ordered venison and hare - both were excellent!

Our room was not one of the ones renovated and was in a poor state - no mini bar, not even a kettle, old fleece sheets instead of a duvet...like stepping back in time. The bathroom had been updated and was very good.

Friendly and professioonal staff. Good and reasonably priced restaurant. A nice, comfortable design both inside and outside. Good location in a forested area close to the city centre and the airport. Per saldo, to be recommended to a cost-concious middle-class traveller.

There are signs of deterioration in maintainance; Bad television (old set, few programmes, bad quality, probably via the air); Very basic facilities in the room (only tv, actually); No airport pick-up (taxi costs 30 eur, no direct connection by public transport). The location and the style make one expect more perks.

Easy to reach. Enough parking places (free of charge) Good breakfast.

No mechanical ventilation in the first renewed rooms (2 years ago). The last renewed rooms have mechanical ventilation with airco, but are 40% more expensif.
