- Friendly feeling for such a large hotel. - Dog friendly for our several dogs, with a reasonable charge (not per dog!). There were a fair number of other dogs there, many pairs. Adequate countryish areas for walking dogs. - Breakfast in room (at no extra charge) was a welcome convenience. - Brought extra pillows and towels immediately upon request. - Quiet room at back.

- Internet did not work (claimed it was local to our floor). - No mini bar (where one had evidently once been). - No bars of soap - only squeeze bottles. - No bath; shower only. - Hotel could use a refurb - it's a little tired looking (80s? 70s?)

The hotel is mordern and very neat and clean. Hotel personnel are helpful and professional.

The breakfast room was not pleasant. Tables were left emptz but with coffee stains and bread crumbs. The food was nothing special, mostlz processed.

The hotel is situated away from the city, but we had no problem taking the bus (100,110, or 111) which all stop across the street from the hotel. The bus ride is only 8-10 minutes to city center and it's a comfortable bus. Not dirty like the buses in the US. There is plenty of free parking on site at the hotel and the included breakfast was plentiful. I paid 114 Euros a night. The pool is inviting and total atmosphere was quiet. Our room was on the back side facing the hillside. Clean linens and good water pressure. As Luxembourg's hotels are very expensive, this place with easy access to the city is a steal!

While the room was spacious, the bed was ridiculously small. Its width was hardly 1.40m. The bedding was even more narrow. I guess it would be ok for one person to sleep in but impossible for a couple.In addition the matress was in bad condition. Definetely not a 4star hotel.

I didn't like the smoking inside the hotel.

Price was reasonable and lobby was modern. Breakfast was adequate.

Arrived late that evening and restaurant was closed at 10:00 and so was room service. Beds were very soft and UNcomfortable. Large tv took up the who,e desk. Furniture was cheap laminate. Old shower, hair dryer attached to walkways warm with no power at all. Soap was in a tub attached to the wall you had to pump for shampoo, body wash. Finally, traveling with my husband ang got 2 single beds pushed together as a double. Beds were on wheels and rolled when you sat on them.

Close to the city center by car.

Old building, no mini bar, sound proof really bad, too big building with old condition, looks like hospital :( I found many hairs in the bathroom, cheap soap like 2 stars hotel. Not even a glass with water in the room, or even no boiler to make yourself a tea. Breakfast was really poor. Really, I don't understand why this hotel has 4 stars rate, maybe because they have a pool and spa at the basement....

That was my second stay in this hotel. Before I had a small issue with a reciept but it was resolved by a manager. Recenlty no problems whatsoever. I liked swimming pool and sauna plus a parking lot free of charge. The staff was professional. I paid a "demi pension" (half board) and must admit that the food provided for that money (21 euro) was very good (a soup, a main course and a dessert). To sum up, very good value for the money.

The tv programme selection could be much better. No English channels, no cnn, no bbc. Basically only French / German and Luxeburgish channels.

They are obviously improving the hotel and parts of it, such as reception and restaurant, are very impressive. The pool and spa facilities were clean and comfortable - the outstanding feature was the quality of the restaurant's food. On 2 nights my wife and I ordered venison and hare - both were excellent!

Our room was not one of the ones renovated and was in a poor state - no mini bar, not even a kettle, old fleece sheets instead of a duvet...like stepping back in time. The bathroom had been updated and was very good.

Friendly and professioonal staff. Good and reasonably priced restaurant. A nice, comfortable design both inside and outside. Good location in a forested area close to the city centre and the airport. Per saldo, to be recommended to a cost-concious middle-class traveller.

There are signs of deterioration in maintainance; Bad television (old set, few programmes, bad quality, probably via the air); Very basic facilities in the room (only tv, actually); No airport pick-up (taxi costs 30 eur, no direct connection by public transport). The location and the style make one expect more perks.

Easy to reach. Enough parking places (free of charge) Good breakfast.

No mechanical ventilation in the first renewed rooms (2 years ago). The last renewed rooms have mechanical ventilation with airco, but are 40% more expensif.

Hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and easy to access, no waiting at the buffet. Staff all spoke english which helped a great deal at check in and for determining best ways to travel to the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even though renovations are taking place, there was no noise and no inconvience. Carts reaily available for luggage transport. Would recommend to any traveler who does not have to be in the city center. We took a bus into town which was just outside hotel grounds and took only about 10 minutes into town.
