The owner is the nicest lady in Europe. I'm a complete germ-phobe and the hotel is so clean that I would have eaten off the bathroom floor. Beautiful location in the forest. Peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. Just a 2-minute drive from Echternach and a half hour from Trier in Germany. If you're going to be within 100 miles, it's worth it to visit this hotel and town. |

De prachtige omgeving, het goede onthaal, de netheid van de kamers en vooral het lekkere eten. Als enige minpunt : bij booking via uw firma kan men niet genieten van de half-pension formule en dient men steeds à la carte te eten. |

Was rustig en goed gelegen, met een aangename rustige familiale sfeer alhoewel aangekondigd op de site van het hotel funktioneerde de internetaansluiting niet, hadden daar wel specifiek op gtekozen |

Zeer vriendelijke hoteleigenaresse. Prima ontbijt met heerlijke verse minibroodjes. Ruime kamer, badkamer met vloerverwarming. Uitstekend a la carte restaurant waar we genoten hebben van klassieke franse gerechten.A la carte eten is wat prijzig, maar de kwaliteit van gerechten, wijnen en bediening is uitstekend. Wijnen zijn gunstig geprijsd met veel halfjes op de kaart |

het hotel ligt aan de weg van echternach naar luxemburg stad. toch is het er heerlijk rustg. je bent ook snel in "klein zwitserland" waar men goed kan wandelen. de eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. de eigenaar een uitstekende kok. in het hotel dineren is een feestje. |

ik vond het een zeer mooi gelegen hotel,zeer rustig,met zeer vriendelijke en verzorgde uitbaters,,ontbijt was ook zeer verzorgd,vers en lekker,over het geheel was de hygiene perfect,voor mij heel belangrijk! het enige nadeel voor mij was,ik vond de kamer nogal donker,klein raam voor de grootte van de kamer,plus dat het onmogelijk was,bv s'avonds,om het raam open te zetten en dus te verluchten(insekten)ik zou de volgende keer prefereren voor kamer met balkon,maar door de late boeking(onze keuze natuurlijk),was die niet meer beschikbaar. |

Die Chefin des Hauses war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Es war kein Problem Wünsche zu äußern und man versuchte diese optimal zu erfüllen. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr dunkel (im Sommer brennt tagsüber Licht) und die Zimmer sind nicht besonders gemütlich. |

Het allerbeste vond ik het zeer lekkere avondeten in een zaal die heel gemoedelijk en sfeervol oogt. Daarbij was het personeel uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en gedienstig. De keuken schijnt echt heel goed te zijn. De gastvrouw is werkelijk geinteresseerd in haar gasten. De ligging is niet zo heel erg mooi. Vanaf het terras (niet iedere kamer heeft toegang) is de op ca 50m gelegen snelweg te zien en goed te horen. De kamers zijn tamelijk donker. Dat komt door de wat kleine ramen. |
