The staff was excellent. We went at Easter and they really took care of the kids. The food was also excellent and the rooms were very clean. |

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were really nice. Close to everything. We all loved it! Loved that they had English speaking tv channels as we had been traveling a while without news. No internet, at the hotel nor any where in Vianden. Had to pay for parking, unless you arrive after 18:30 and leave before 8:00. |

hotel was clean and beds very comfortable Even though we were on the third floor rooms were a bit noisy from outside traffic if you did not keep the windows closed. The hotel has undergone a recent refurbishment but the rooms were still faiirly basic and had an old fashioned look. Could have done with tea/coffee facilities in rooms. We had two rooms one had a nice modernised shower room the other didn't seem as modern. |

This was not a good hotel for us The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful - there was no kettle in the room and they would not give us hot water |

Eenvoudig, gemakkelijk, vriendelijke uitbaters. Het straatlawaai is zeer storend. Kamers zouden beter aan de achterkant liggen. Muggenbestrijding noodzakelijk.Garçon in restaurant mag een beetje vriendelijker zijn. Sterke helling op de straat is lastig voor oudere personen. |

Eigenaar en vrouw nl sprekend (kwamen ook oorspr. Uit nl). Zeer gastvrij. Hotel straalde rust uit. Koelkastje + kluisje op de kamer zou een pre zijn. |

Heel gastvrij. Geweldige gastheer en -dame. Eten is fantastisch. Sfeer is bijzonder goed. Allemaal zeer positief. Wij hebben bijzonder genoten tijdens ons verblijf in Auberge du Chateau. Wij keren zeker een keer terug. |

Bijzonder vriendelijke hoteleigenaar die veel moeite deed om het ons naar de zin te maken. Prioma regeling voor motorstalling en gewonn Luxemburgs gastvrij. |
