Nice family hotel, perfect location between the bridge and the castle. The bar closed very early (before 21H00), but that was the case for most bars/restaurants in Vianden. |

Location in the village, quiet and picturesque...godd views from the window of our room The sheets were old and scratchy flannelette....we couldn't sleep on them so slept in the duvet instead which was not ideal! There was no lift and only steep stairs to the floor our room was on, also the room was cramped as it had too much furniture. It was difficult to stand next to the beds as the ceiling slanted because we were given an attic room......it was expensive for the quality of the room, a dissappointing stay...... |

The staff was excellent. We went at Easter and they really took care of the kids. The food was also excellent and the rooms were very clean. |

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were really nice. Close to everything. We all loved it! Loved that they had English speaking tv channels as we had been traveling a while without news. No internet, at the hotel nor any where in Vianden. Had to pay for parking, unless you arrive after 18:30 and leave before 8:00. |

Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel généralement bien. Il est bien situé dans une très jolie ville. Le restaurant nous a servi un repas copieux pour un prix raisonnable. L'accueil était un peu froid. A l'arrivée le chauffage de notre chambre ne marchait pas, mais une fois que nous l'avons mis en route il n'y avait pas d'autre problème. |

We werden hartelijk ontvangen en meegedeeld dat we de volgende dag wel in het restaurant konden eten het was een gedateerde kamer en er werd verteld dat ze gerenoveerd zouden worden. We hadden een comfortkamer, maar het bed kraakte en was erg hard bepaald niet geschikt voor wat voor ons een romantisch weekend zou worden.. |

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer gastvrij hotel.Goede ontvangst door eigenaar met gedurende het hele weekend goed contact met de eigenaar en zijn vrouw. Geen gevoel van verplichting maar zeer ongedwongen sfeer. |

Zeer goede ontvangst, meertaligheid van de eigenaars, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende maaltijden in het restaurant. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding Spijtig dat de badkamer geen eigen verwarmingstoestel had; wij moesten de badkamerdeur openlaten zodat de badkamer wat van de kamerwarmte kon opnemen. |

部屋が広く，スタッフもフレンドリー。レストランもコストパフォーマンスが良い。のんびりするにはいい場所- 。 道路に面しているため石畳を走る車の音が気になる。個人的には問題ないレベルでしたが，うるさいのがダメな- 人は向いてないかも。 |

Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren , die nederlands spreken wat voor mensen zonder talenknobbel (zoals wij) bijzonder prettig is. Fijne kamer met een heerlijk opgemaakt kinderbedje! |

Personeel, met name de Nederlandse eigenaar en vrouw, was zeer gezellig en behulpzaam. Er heerst een persoonlijke benadering met een gemoedelijke sfeer. Ze stralen gemoedelijkheid uit en doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. De kamers zijn zeer luxe, bedden zijn goed en douche en toilet zijn in prima staat en zien er netjes uit. De kamers zijn groter dan gemiddeld. Het ontbijt is ook prima in orde. Zeer aan te bevelen accomodatie en wij gaan zeker nog eens terug ! |

Die Aufnahme im Hotel durch Chef und Chefin war sehr herzlich, uns wurde sofort die Garagen zugewiesen und den Frauen die Zimmer gezeigt. Das Essen war sehr gut und schmackhaft. Immer zu empfehlen. |
