Friendly staff, nice hotel and excellent Italian restaurant with great ambiance.

The location in the "strip street" of Luxemburg. In the nights it can get a bit noisy in the street.

This is a terrible hotel in the middle of the stip club street. very unsafe area. There was noone at the desk when we arrived and the door was locked. Finally we got let in and the room was on the second florr without an elevator. There room was very uncomfortable with 3 twin beds. I did not sleep at all because there were people screaming and partying right outside the window all night.

Staff extremely kind. Price was even cheaper than what booked.

It is very close to the train station, very friendly staff. As a solo traveller I felt safe.

As written before it is on the street where there are exotic bars, but in reality it didn't really bother me.

The staff were very friendly, although there was one mix up over the bill (which was very quickly rectified). The rooms were clean, although a new coat of paint would be in order. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.

There didn't appear to be any facility for ironing; if such exists, it should be made more evident. The minibar contents were very minimal: coke, fanta and water.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and has excellent location, as it is close to the railway station.

I did not like the neighborhood.

The staff is extremely nice. They care a lot about guests' comfort.

It is the only street in Luxembourg where the "red lamps houses" are, but it does not disturb the guests at all. Moreover it is close to the city center and the main bus station.

Keskeinen sijainti. Alakerran ravintola oli hyvä. Henkilökunta oli auttavaista, vaikka olikin hieman kieliongelmia. Siisti iso huone.

Yöllä kadulta kuului viereisten yökerhojen aiheuttamat äänet häiritsevästi.

L'accueil le personnel est super malgré la situation de l' hotel la rue n'est pas terrible c'est vraiment une adresse à retenir un petit paradis et en plus la cuisine au restaurant est délicieuse ainsi que le petit déjeuner très copieux et on se croirait en italie

Het personeel is behulpzaam en correct. Je voelt je er meteen thuis. De keuken is goed verzorgd. Attente bediening. Het totaal ziet er verzorgd uit.
