Great Hotel. I left my jacket in the room and they send it back in the UK really soon. The Hotel is just on the Our river and the restaurant has tables along the river walk, so it was a great place for a romantic candle light dinner. On top of the hill you can admire the beautiful castle. The double superior room was more a four star than three, the bathroom is amazing. The only drawback is that the back of the hotel is on a street with some traffic so it might be noisy if you keep the windows opened. Go there without any worries. |

Discounted dinner at the hotel owned restaurant is reasonable. The food is good. Too Noisy! There is non-stop traffic noise of heavy trucks or buses up and down the mountain road from 5:30am to about midnight. There is no air-conditioning in the room, so if you close the window to block the noise, it gets very hot in the night. |

From check in to check out the staff was friendly. Room was fresh and clean. Very nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. |

Nice room with huge flatscreen and view of the river. Friendly and helpfull staff. Food at the lounge was great. Location in the center of the town next to all major tourist attractions no elevator |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cosy and equipped with an large Flatscreen. Excellent Restaurant: grilled T-Bone Staek and goat cheese salad were delicious. Large breakfast buffet |

Just renovated, nice room. Good location on river. Short walk, but expect a steep climb to an impressive castle. Charming hotel and very cordial staff. Must use public parking. Could be difficult if it gets crowded during high season. |

The town of Vianden is beautiful and the location of the hotel was superb. Renovation work was still on going and we were disturbed by drilling at 7.50am. As our stay was in late March, the town was very quiet and everything closed early. |

Kamer was gerenoveerd, lekkere keuken (restaurant) . Zeer vriendelijke eigenares - compensatie gekregen voor het gesloten zijn van het hotel veel vliegen in restaurant, ontbijtzaal. Personeel spreekt / verstaat nauwelijks Duits, Frans of Engels - veel lawaai op de kamers vanuit de keuken - hotel was gesloten bij aankomst - geen afzuiging /verluchting op de badkamer |

Qua ligging in het centrum, heel goed. Overal dichtbij op wandelafstand. Ontbijt: mocht wel iets uitgebreider zijn. |

mooi hotel,schoon ,netjes .prachtige ligging aan de lóur misschien 1 minpuntje: erg veel herrie rondom het hotel,komt door de ligging ,waarschijnlijk, erg veel autos en motoren.(echte mooi weer rijders) |

We vonden het een keurig hotel op een mooie locatie met vanaf het terras schitterend uitzicht op het water en een kasteel.De slaapkamer en de gezamelijk badkamer waren mooi ruim en schoon. Het enige nadeel was dat er een drukke weg liep naast het hotel wat wel vroeg in de ochtend en 's avonds lawaaioverlast gaf. |

Het was uitstekend daar maar de kamers waren zeer klein. En tevens veel lawaai van het verkeer....Hoteleig en het personeel waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam |

Goed eten, Enkele leden van de bediening waren super klantvriendelijk. goede bedden en ik had kamer met douche en wc. Ik wilde 's morgens om 7.00 uur starten met een race/tourtocht. Een ontbijt regelen, de avond van tevoren reeds, bleek niet mogelijk. |

mooie en propere kamers er was maar 1 gezamelijke douche,en de wc en douche waren samen in 1 kamer,wat niet echt praktisch was,een eigen wc en douche op de kamer zou leuk en gemakkelijk geweest zijn,dat miste we wel enorm |

La situation à Vianden Pas de toilettes ni de douche dans la chambre et qui plus est un seul wc à l'étage en dessous dans la même pièce que l'unique douche de l'hôtel ! Cela parait incroyable qu'il existe encore de tels hôtels, même si la chambre en elle-même était tout à fait correcte. Je mets en garde les personnes qui seraient tentées par un séjour dans cet hôtel. Dommage car par contre la salle de resto et petit déjeuner au dessus de l'eau est très sympatique. Enfin, il faudrait que le personnel soit moins bruyant en rangeant et installant la vaisselle au resto. Impossible d'être au calme avant 23 h et après 7 H. Si vous aimez le boucant et vous dégourdir les jambes en poirotant à la porte des toilettes parce que quelqu'un prend une douche, allez y ! |

Positief was de lokatie van dit hotel Blijkbaar was er maar een wc en een douche beschikbaar voor het hele hotel. Volgens de website van het hotel was er in iedere kamer een douche en wc aanwezig. Niet dus!! Er werd aan het ontbijt buffet niets aangevuld. Negen personen in de ontbijt ruimte en twee broodjes. Begin er maar aan. |
