Excellent service. Excellent restaurant and the owner gives a rebat for eating at her place (no obligation). Less then 1km of the castle - good location. Overall, it was a charming stay. But only one bathroom for the entire hotel (sharing) and parking spaces are public and limited. |

The location was prime for the entire city. We were on the first floor, on the main corner of the main street for the city. No ac so a fan would have been nice b/c the street and city noises were loud at 6am. It was a shared wc and shower which I don't remember seeing on the description. The breakfast was lacking a bit but the overall service was ok. |

At the time of the booking of a family room, I realized that I have to share the bath room with other guests. It surpirsed me that the bathroom and toilet were actually at a different floor. Besides, there is only one bathroom and one toilet available for hotel guests to share bearing in mind that most of the rooms are not ensuite. The bathroom and toilet were not clean and tidy. |

Cosy design room with Flatscreen and huge bathroom. The Food was amazing and the staff very friendly. Restaurant and Rooms with views of the castle in an quite and relaxed athmosphere. Definetly choose this hotel which has undergone complete renovation |

Расположен на берегу реки Our, в центре городка. Отличный вид на замок и реку. Парковка на набережной платная, общая, в воскресенье бесплатно. Мест было вполне достаточно. Номер чистый, уютный, туалет и душ в коридоре. Завтрак обычный (ветчина, сыр, джем, масло, сок-чай-кофе), вполне нормальный. Окна номера выходили на улицу с оживлённым движением, довольно шумно. К сожалению, не смогли принять душ, в кране вместо горячей воды была чуть тёплая. Немного погорячела лишь утром. |

Aardige mensen,nederlands sprekend personeel,honden geen bezwaar Afscherming tussen keuken/restaurant en hotelkamers niet goed -geluidoverlast.Kamer37 had een wc bordje naast de deur.Nogal wat mensen wilde naar de wc op onze kamer. |

er was voor heel het hotel maar een douche en een wc, deze waren vies en kapot. er kwam op de kamer uit de kraan van de wasbak bruin water de kamer was oudbollig en de tv sprong steeds om het half uur uit,de kamer was ook niet goed schoongemaakt, tijdens het ontbijt waren de tafels van de gasten die al ontbeten hadden niet afgeruimd en zaten vol met vliegen, er was geen keuze met betrekking van het ontbijt.op hetgeen van beleg wat er stond zaten vliegen en de helft was al op, er was ook geen personeel of bediening te bekennen en toen ik deze ging zoeken werd er toen ik iemand had gevonden de deur voor mijn neus dicht gedaan.een zeer slechte ervaring wat dit hotel betreft, voor ons een typisch gevalletje van help red mijn vakantie. |

La gentillesse des patrons, le petit déjeuner très copieux, les repas excellents dans le restaurant et pour tous les budgets. Nous avons dû dormir les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit de la rue. |

Ausführliche telefonische Absprache zum Aufenthalt vor der Anreise. Kein Kleiderschrank, keine Ablagemöglichkeit in der Dusche, Gäste, die in unserem Zimmer nach Flurdusche und -Toilette suchten. Lautes Aufräumen im Gastraum nach 9:30 (Ende der Frühstückszeit) und nach 22:00 im Aussenbereich auf den Terrassen. |

Ik vond het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie van het hotel is ook erg goed. Je kan vanuit het hotel alle bezienswaardigheden goed aanlopen. De toiletten en douches waren erg slecht onderhouden en niet erg schoon. Je moet ze al delen met de rest van het hotel en dan zou het prettig zijn als het wat beter word onderhouden. |

1Auberge de l' Our is een eenvoudig pension waar het toch prima vertoeven was en met weinig moeite door haar speciale centrale ligging niet ver was van alle bijzienswaardigheden zoals het kasteel, de rivier, de kabelbaan het avonturen-park. Lawaaioverlast van het verkeer en uitgaand publiek door centrale ligging naast de hoofdroute, centraal gelegen in het dorp. De douche en wc waren niet bij de kamer. |

Mijn kamer had gelukkig uitzicht op de grote burcht. Voor mij persoonlijk was het bed goed. Hoewel ik niet snel ontevreden ben wil ik mensen wel waarschuwen voor: 1. alle gasten van het hotel hadden slechts 1 wc en 1 douche op de eerste etage tot hun beschikking. 2. wastafel hing los en er kwam bruin water uit de leiding. 3. het ontbijt startte om 8.30 uur; om 8.45 was er geen vleeswaren en koffie meer, het verpakte beleg was 3 maanden over de datum en let op: geen personeel te bekennen. |
