good, comfortable room and a very nice wellness and fitness area tiles around pool were very slippery when wet.Slippers might be provided by the hotel |

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice environment. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, and the sound isolation was poor. You could hear the neighbours talk in the room next to us...the spa and welness was new and was ok! see above |

The relaxing atmosphere, and the superb (if very expensive) food. Traffic noise (photos don't reveal that the hotel is situated between two main roads), and the fact that no bottle of wine was available for less than about 28 Euros. |

The property is very nice and only a 5 min drive to downtown. The pool is great. As the wellness center didn't open until 4pm, the kids had the pool to themselves in the am. No vegetarian options in the restaurant. Terrace very small and not very attractive. No lawn chairs outside to sit in the sun, just steel benches. Rooms are small. Glad we didn't pay the extra Euro 26 per night for our son as this would have made the room too overpriced for what it is. Breakfast service friendly but slow. |

the quality of the restaurant was excellent, the service at table was discrete and efficient. the location with the walking routes very close to the hotel was very practical, the wellness centre with the swimming pool although small was nice (but we were lucky that there were very few guests otherwise it would have been too small and soon crowded) we did not like the first room too noisy as on the road and we dislike the new building, that has an awful architecture wrt to what I had expected to be a "chateau".the building and the furniture including the carpet are too old, and shall be renovated to be up to a 4 stars hotel. bicycles were not available. overall the hotel is a good 3 stars, but certainly not 4 stars |

Rustig hotel, gelegen in de bossen, op 15 min. loopafstand van Echternach. Meertalig, professioneel en vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende keuken. Zeer schone kamer. Prima welness. |

Het sauna complex is luxueus. Sommige personeelsleden zijn uiterst vriendelijk. De kamers zijn geen luxe maar voldoende. Het eten is gastronomie. De ligging is super goed. In het restaurant en de bar liggen overal dode vliegen. De bedden zakken door en dienen vervangen te worden. Er staan geen kleine goedkopere maaltijden op de kaart. Sommige personeelsleden spreken geen frans (wel engels). |

Bel hôtel vénérable.Ambiance feutrée.Très beau spa.Nous avons refusé la chambre "confort" réservée (moquette usée,voilages hors d'âge,surface de 20 m2 et wc dans la sdb) et avons choisi une chambre "de luxe" où nous avons trouvé le confort d'un vrai 4 étoiles selon moi..( Wc séparés,terrasse et vue sur la forêt ,surface correcte,baignoire et double porte pour isoler du couloir).Mais le prix était bien sûr beaucoup plus élevé! Le prix du restaurant .L'âge respectable de l'hôtel ,de la déco et de la clientèle peut plaire ...ou pas ! |

locatie en zwembad In documentatie en op bevestiging staat dat er WiFi internet is door hele hotel. Van de 6 modems bleken er 5 defect en de 6e kon geen verbinding worden gemaakt. Receptioniste gaf de schuld aan mijn laptop maar die was in orde (bleek ook in vorige en volgende hotel) Krakende bedden en vloeren. twee nachten geboekt maar na 1 nacht vertrokken. |

Hotel met uitstekende wellness faciliteiten, kamers zijn verzorgd. Het restaurant zou een iets eenvoudigere keuken mogen serveren ipv Michelin ster keuken. Het is nogal prijzig en dus niet geschikt om 's avonds nog snel een hapje te eten. Voorgesteld menu is ca 50 Eur en à la carte zit je al snel tussen 50-75 Eur per persoon ( Op het eten zelf valt niks aan te merken, schitterend gewoon ). |

Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Hotel Bel Air, de kamers waren goed, het ontbijt was goed, en het personeel sprak ook netjes duits. Het wellnes centrum was zeer goed. Vanuit het hotel zijn alle plaatsen in de buurt goed te bereiken. De douche bevat geen thermostaatkraan en wil nog wellis heel warm of koud worden, het ontbijt was goed alleen niet heel uitgebreid. |

De ligging van het hotel in een mooie tuin. Vriendelijk personeel. Aanwezigheid van zwembad en sauna. De kamer is anno 2009 wel aan de kleine kant. Je kunt er alleen slapen. Er waren maar een paar kamers bezet, daardoor een matig gevuld ontbijtbuffet en weinig sfeer. Een mooie badkamer, maar een handdouche die je kunt ophangen tijdens het douchen zou wel erg handig zijn. |

Gemoedelijk en rustig hotel. Men zorgt niet alleen voor de gasten maar zelfs de fietsen, die buiten stonden werden s'nachts binnen gezet voor de veiligheid. Deze zorg hebben wij nog nooit ondervonden. er was niets waar we niet over tevreden waren |
