The overall location in a meander of the river is attractive. The nearby ruins of the castle of Bourscheid are worth visiting and can be seen from the hotel grounds. Supper was excellent (35€ menu) and personnel attentive. Breakfast was very good too, fresh home-baked bread was a topper. On the Booking.com site we booked non-smoking rooms, but there were no non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately our clean and beautiful room had been used just before by very heavy smokers. Because of that we had to sleep with the window open leading to another problem: the train passing by every hour awoke us a bit too often. With everything closed the night-trains are not a problem we suppose. |

Absolutely beautiful and exceptional location. Unfriendly, arrogant staff. Hotel with pretentions it doesn't live up to. Beautiful location, but otherwise no reason for 4-star rating (average 3-star in terms of service, room quality, facilities, etc). Quality of the food in the restaurant was mediocre (except for the - expensive - wine list that was quite good), and service was bad, unfriendly, inflexible and amateuristic. Room spacious but hardly decorated. Walls and carpet full of stains, looking like 10 years old (whereas the hotel is quite new). Rooms are noisy. All in all, exceptional location (must see: Bourscheid Castle!), but mediocre hotel and bad in terms of quality-price. |

Attent (nederlandstalig) personeel. Aangeboden arrangementen OK qua prijs/kwaliteit. Superieure kamers net en voldoende comfort. Afgelegen, doch mooie en rustige locatie. Geen wellness ter plaatse. Na regen drassige parking. |

het onthaal was er erg vriendelijk, goeie en ontspannen sfeer, we gaan er zeker terug naartoe vanwege de ligging en de rust en prima keuken ! klein minpuntje, ontbijt werd onvoldoende aangevuld en sommige tafels werden niet tijdig afgeruimd, bediening personeel ontbijt zou sneller mogen (moesten tijdje wachten op koffie...) |

Arrangement gastronomie is zeker een aanrader voor wie graag lekker eet. Het hotel is zeer rustig gelegen en heeft een mooi panorama op de burcht van Bourscheid. Bij de lunch werd niet steeds de menu aangekondigd waardoor we niet wisten wat er op ons bord geserveerd werd. |

Het onthaal,de omgeving en de zéér mooi ingerichte badkamer.Het ontbijt was zeer verzorgd. Geen kwaliteitsprodukten,middelmatige keuken,geen wildmenu en ontbreken van gevogelte op de kaart en dit volop in 't jachtseisoen.Twee uur gewacht op het voorgerecht tijdens het aperitief.Personeelproblemen? |

Voor rustzoekers een ideaal hotel. Kamer was goed maar stoffig. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en uitgebreid. Maaltijd was ronduit slecht voor veel geld. Er werd niet met kwaliteitsprodukten gekookt.Jammer dat er geen welnessfaciliteiten waren. |

Het gastronomisch arrangement is perfect. Heel goede keuken. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Mooie en vezorgde kamers. We hadden dezelfde kamer als bij vorig verblijf (maart 2009). Vlotte en aangename (ook in het nederlands) service. Prachtig hotel om te rusten en lekker te eten. |

Heerlijke ligging aan het riviertje. Lekkere banken op de oever. Heerlijk terras met banken en gaskachel. Ruime kamer. Tot drie (!) keer toe bleek een besteld gerecht niet meer voorradig te zijn, wat pas na enige tijd bekend werd gemaakt. |
