The personnel was a bit 'dry' -- a few smiles would have been welcome.

The room was a lot bigger than expected, with even a mezzanine floor! From the balcony we had a great view of the beautiful castle which was very spectacular, especially at night! The indoor swimming pool look fabulous, even though we didn't make use of it. Comfortable bed, lighting, balcony, bathroom, all very tastefully redecorated. We like the fact that the hotel also had a restaurant and a cosy bar.

We were very happy with the hotel although would have liked breakfast to include some more cereals such as muesli, porridge perhaps (seeing it was autumn)? Being Australian, we are not used to eating meat/cheese/lots of bread for breakfast but all in all it was very well catered for. The same does probably apply for the dinner menu at the restaurant. We found all meals on the menu very rich and meat-oriented and not much choice in salads/vegetables/rice dishes but perhaps this is a European thing?

The staff were extremely accommodating and even overlooked a booking oversight on our part. Dinner was excellent, gourmet and a better value than the other restaurants in town. Our room had a beatiful view of the castle from our balcony. Excellent all the wat around.

Second time I stayed at the Belle Vue. High standard but make you feel comfortable. Food is excellent as is the service, location. We turned up dripping wet and were welcomed and welcome for our whole stay. Definitely use again. Has secure underground parking (but limited space)

Parking charges are a bit steep, but then we were not charged for our Motorbikes.

Room was a good size, bathroom was also quite big. Breakfast was quite varied.

This is a very impersonal hotel. The room we had gave no view of the castle at all, just the car park area. Room was a little tired. Room details said swimming pool but there was no sign of it. Not a bad hotel, just overpriced for what it is.

Good location and good parking facilities. Great breakfast buffé. Inviting terrace with afternoon sun.

No elevator to parking garage.

The gorgeous view of the castle! It was a lovely hotel with a spacious room, a nice bath and a great balcony that looked directly at the castle. You could even lie in bed and look at it! The room was lovely and cosy as well.

Excellent location in Vienden, close to all the facilities, bars and restaurants (although the hotel bar and food were excellent). Hotel is spotlessly clean with large rooms and has a large garage for parking our motorbikes. The owner went out of his way to help me when my bike broke down and made sure I enjoyed my stay despite this setback.

Het hotel was heel goed. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in Vianden. Een weekendtrip is te kort om van alle faciliteiten gebruik te maken van het hotel. Het ontbijtbuffet was perfect. Het eten in het restaurant was van een heel goed niveau. Gastronomisch is het net niet, er staan veel klassiekers op de menukaart maar dan wel heel lekker. Een (wild)menu met of zonder aangepaste wijnen in deze periode van het jaar zou niet verkeerd zijn. Alles wordt ook in het Nederlands geafficheerd.Hoedje af voor de talenkennis in het hotel, je voelt je thuis.Ook onze Belgische bieren zijn ook verkrijgbaar . We gaan zeker nog eens terug naar Vianden en zeker terug naar Hotel Belle-Vue.

Geen (fris)drank op de kamer. Er was wel een kleine koelkast in de kamer. We veronderstellen dat we zelf drank konden meenemen dan? De koelkast koelde niet goed en moest 's nachts uitgeschakeld worden daar deze nogal lawaaierig is. Maar dit is echt een detail en het enige minpunt.

Parking public gratuit juste à côté, piscine intérieure spacieuse et propre, petit déjeuner buffet de très bonne qualité en self service complet (on se sert soi-même de tasse, assiette, couverts, serviettes, boissons et nourritures, donc pas d'attente), lits confortables, restaurant de qualité très correcte, prix raisonnables

Contrairement à ce qui est écrit sur Booking, il n'y a qu'une seule formule de petit déjeuner; ce petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 7 h 30, ce qui limite les possibilités pour les voyageurs professionnels; le jeudi soir, il y a cours d'aqua-gym privé à 19 h dans la piscine, ce qui en restreint l'utilisation pour les clients de l'hôtel (même si les enfants peuvent continuer à jouer dans le petit bassin).

On a apprécié Le sauna et l'espace piscine. L'accueil au spa était très bien . L'hotel en lui même est propre et agrèable.

Par contre le prix de la chambre 119 Euros ( suite) est trop chère par rapport au confort donné. Pas de boisons dans le frigo, pas de sortie de bain pour se rendre à la piscine. La baignoire spa est de qualitée médiocre. Le partie restaurant ou l'on prend le petit déjeuné est assez froid en déco, cela ressemble plus a une cantine d'école.
