The food was extremely poor quality with not a lot of choice for a very high price. We stayed there as there was a micobrewery in the hotel, unfortunately the beer was of a poor standard and there was no where else to go. |

We liked the layout and design of this hotel, which also had a brewery and butchery on site. There was also a shop from which local produce could be bought. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Although we were only passing through and stayed just the one night, we were very satisfied with the experience. |

- The food and the ambience in the restaurant is excellent - Staff was very helpful, friendly and always smiling and willing to assist. - Size of the additional bed in our triple room was very small, and the bed was very springy. Also the room was not quite large enough and did not have a fridge. |

Clean and simple. Rooms are bit small and the restaurant was not open on either night that I stayed, but, I know that the food is very good from previous experience. |

The room was small but comfortable and quiet and excellent for a short stop over. We liked the proprietors ecological philosophy. The beer brewed on the premises was great and the free beer tokens were a nice thought. The smoked meats were exceptional too. Our request for rooms together on the quieter side was granted although the hotel was not busy. |

Evening meal Extremely hard, uncomfortable beds! We had rooms at back of hotel, which were supposed to be "quiet", but there was quite a lot of noise from early morning. |

La proximité immédiate de la brasserie et d'un petit shop vendant de délicieux produits locaux Les chambres triples ne sont pas des vraies chambres triples. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 2 lits + 2 lits d'appoint dans une chambre prévue pour deux. Donc c'est parfait avec 1 enfant, mais un peu juste avec 2 enfants. Mais bon... pour une nuit, c'est faisable. |

Schoon hotel. Goed en sfeervol restaurant waar je lekkere gerechten kunt bestellen uit de regionale keuken. Eigen slagerij. Kamer was zeer sober ingericht. Eén stoel en een lange bureautafel. Geen waterkoker of koffiezetapparatuur. Geen bodylotion e.d. alleen zeep en douchegel. |

het hotel biedt een goede ontvangst maar vooral het brouwerijbezoek van Bofferding was zeer interessant met een overaanbod aan gratis proeven daarbij kwam nog de foor in Luxemburg en de speciale vismenu in het hotel ter gelegenheid van die foor. Ook mochten we genieten van de aanwezigheid van het nationaal handbalteam van Volendam die in Bascharage op wedstrijd was en in het hotel logeerden. |

De kamer was schoon netjes en modern. Vanwege de overnachting op doorreis helaas geen gebruik gemaakt van de prachtig bar met stookketels. Mooie sfeer. Goed te vinden. Goed ontbijt. Geen airco aanwezig. De ramen 's nachts toch maar dicht gedaan omdat onze 3pers. kamer aan de straatkant lag. Boek bij voorkeur de achterkant |

personnel très aimable qui essaye de vous satisfaire au mieux. L établissement est très propre et la chambre avec sa petite touche écolo est agréable.Petit déjeuné self service bien fourni.Le lundi est le jour de fermeture du restaurant nous n'avons donc pas pu apprécier la cuisine mais il y a de quoi se restaurer dans les environs immédiats situé sur une route fréquentée, il est préférable de demander une chambre sur l'arrière. |
