Location is very convenient to the Central Station and the Old Town was an easy pleasant walk. Hotel staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful little details like giving us an international english language newspaper each morning at breakfast. Also, the breakfast was very high quality and so filling we didn't really need to eat any lunch. A great option in Luxembourg City. It would be helpful if the bathrooms had a fan that could help to clear the room after showers. |

friendly staff and the rooms were perfect for a city weekend. very helpful with the area too for getting around. no tea and coffee facilities in the room |

Bed was very comfy, staff friendly. Good coffee/rolls at breaksfast. Shower water flow powerful and hot. Public rooms were beautiful. Bathroom very basic. Hated shower with curtain, also shower cubicle too small to wash comfortably ( and am petite size 10!) No cafe/bar available during the day. Very noisy as bare boards in rooms. |

The staff are very nice. The hotel is close to the old city (10 minutes walking) and the decoration is very cosy. We felt like home. Breakfast is also well served. |

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel as felt very comfortable during my 1st stay in one week ago. I even felt warm when the gentlement recognised me and specially chosen a room with balcony for me..Thank You! |

The old gentleman at the receptionist is extremely kind and friendly. Serve breakfast at 5.30am. Room is very clean and come with basic facilities, no firdge and drinks in the room. |

The hotel is quiet and clean, but the owner, Gianni, is the reason we would come back again. He made our stay wonderful. You can tell it is family-run. A very nice man. Also, the best breakfast we had in Europe included. I would have liked at least one comfortable chair in the room, or a small sofa, instead of the extra single bed. |

Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was very nice. The value for money was the best I've seen in Europe so far. Wood floors were a little noisy - but that was minor. |

This hotel is very convenient to the rail station and a walkable distance to visiting the old part of Luxembourg. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The breakfast was wonderful, and the man at the front desk was gracious, charming, and very helpful. Would strongly recommend this hotel -- it is quite simply an amazing value! |

Great front desk gentleman. Convenient to the train station and walking distance to town. Accomodated three in a room nicely. Parking is a challenge...but that is true for most city locaitons. |

The hotel was nicely decorated and well located. Breakfast was extremely good and Monsieur went out of his way to help us organise day trips in the car. We were able to park in the street outside at the weekend. Would definitely recommend. |

The owner was fabulous! Breakfast was the best. The location was perfect for us as we traveled to Luxembourg by train. WE will stay there again when we come for the symphony! No bar or evening meal |

Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff a bit noisy (we could not open the windows due to that); food was fine, but the choice could be extended (no fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt) for a 4 star hotel |

The hotel staff were indeed extremely friendly and accommodating. We had bought a bottle of champagne from a recent trip to the nearby district and they chilled it for us and provided glasses with a smile. |

Staff were great. We were obviously very tired when we arrived having driven from London and the manager offered us drinks staright away. Breakfast was also very nice. Parking was a pain. |

It is a nice and convenient location. Yes. This is a 4* hotel. The room was very small and empty. Secondly, there were sigaret burns in the sheets. It was definetely not a 4* hotel that I am used to. Breakfast was also poor. You could only have jelly, chees or a Luxembourgium sausage. |
