Large room, good quality fittings, quite good breakfast. Strong smell of stale smoke through hotel. Perhaps it has recently become smoke free. It is situated far from the city, in the suburbs, and seems to be a white elephant, very few people at the casino or in the rooms. Although the rooms were large and well appointed, there was no complimentary toiletries or water like other european hotels, disappointing for the star rating. The restaurant was not open either, I would choose somewhere in the city of Luxembourg next time. |

The room was comparable in size to a standard room in the USA. A full wall of windows let in plenty of light. Restaurants always open late which is unusual for Europe in general. This was a real plus for someone working the second shift.The staff were always great. I will stay at this hotel during my next trip to the area. |

Excellent service and great breakfast/dinner! We arrived 8 hours ahead of check-in time and were more or less broken by travel. We got immediately a room assigned without any additional charge. Friendly people and wonderful environment! |

The room was beautiful and very spacious, with very plush furnishings. It was very quiet and with a rural view. We are booking again with booking.com the same hotel in January 2009. |

Excellent moyen d'aller déguster la gastronomie du Restaurant Les Roses qui fait partie du complexe et de ne pas se faire contrôler par la police lors du trajet de retour. |

Das Zimmer war ab 14 verfügbar, schöne Einrichtung, check-in war sehr gut, Personal sehr kompitent Ich hatte Raucherzimmer bestellt, bekam aber ein nicht-Raucherzimmer --> bekam dafür ein Zimmer mit Balkon ohne Aufpreis |

Hotel trés facile à trouver, accueil parfait . Chambre spacieuse et luxueuse. Literie confortable, mini frigo bien garni et d'un tarif abordable. Accés direct au casino et restaurants. Facturation sans surprise d'un excellent rapport qualité /prix. |

Nous avons aimé le cadre, la gentillesse du personnel qui est très attentionné. De plus le casino étant interne à l'hôtel cela est fort appréciable. |

Le petit-déjeuné est particulièrement convivial,les serveurs sont tès courtois et prévenants. Très mauvaise communication à propos du dîner gastromomique,soit-disant étoilé michelin......Pas de carte,un seul menu ,manque flagrand de ponctualité,nous avons annulé.A décharge,c'était le vendredi 13,le personnel était dépassé par l'affluence au casino. |

La proximite de luxembourg-ville - le rapport qualité/prix - ambiance luxe du petit dejeuner - la qualité du restaurant - le casino sur place pour se distraire éventuellement et donc beaucoup d'animation en week-end- le service hotelier digne d'un 5 étoiles. Spa tout près. Voiture indispensable - actuellement des travaux et le "paysage" vu de la chambre très médiocre de ce fait. Demander une chambre " hors travaux" !!! - dommage. Naturellement le parc est plus joli en été. |

Nous avons ete très bien reçu à la réception ainsi qu'au restaurant les roses. Il n'y avait presque pas de savon pour se laver dans la salle de bain. C'est bien dommage pour un hotel 4 étoiles. |

de parkeerplaats en de mooie tuin rondom In de receptie hing een rooklucht van het casino. In de kamer hing een verschrikkelijke geur van iets wat is gespoten, ik weet het niet. Ook het personeel wist het niet. We hebben de deuren open gehouden, maar de stank bleef. De volgende dag heeft het nog lang geduurd voor het uit m'n hoofd was. Voor de hondjes moesten we 40 euro voor 1 nacht betalen belachelijk! Dit betalen we nog niet in een 5 sterren hotel. De kamer was veel te duur! |
