Σε περίπτωση "μη εμφάνισης", θα χρεωθείτε με το συνολικό ποσό της κράτησης.
Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 6 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 25,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The staff was very professional. The castle is a completely renovated in a small village . The rooms are great with nice bathroom. The farm next to the castle could become a problem because of the smell. There is no bar or an area where you can have a small meal. The restaurant is very high quality but not a lot of choice and expensive. |

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel, the staff is extremely helpfull and the rooms and entourage are lovely. It's a very romantic hotel, but I felt very welcomed by the staff and I had two young children with me. I especially liked the private spa (all to ourselves for an hour!), where one can relax,and enjoy sauna and jacuzzi. My children were welcome to use these facilities which I appreciated. A special thanks to Corinne, who went to any lenght to accomodate us. The restaurant is very recommendable, the starters might be a bit on the pricy side but worth it. |

Especially the tasteful decoration and furniture in the rooms as well as in the common parts of the hotel and the very frienly and professional staff Apart from the excellent breakfast (in a nice breakfast area) and a rather expensive à la carte restaurant it would be good to have facilities for snacks, salads etc.. at the hotel, especially for lunch. I did not like the swallow nests and especially the dirty terrace pavement ! |

Loved the situation of the hotel and the wellness center was nice and also wonderful breakfast and coffee the next morning. Flys were abit of a problem but it was in the middle of farming country so can be expected. Mattress was abit soft and shame it wasnt a double matress instead of two single ones. |

Excellent room and facilities.Restaurant only recently opened, food good, service excellent.In a quiet location but within 5 minutes drive of Clervaux. Views of countryside are beautiful, The chateau is stunning and an excellent renovation. Too many flies getting into the building from neighbouring farm. Room was so hot the windows needed to be kept open and the flies became a real nuisance. |

The chateau is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The rooms are pretty and comfortable, with views over a courtyard or of the countryside. The chateau is about ten minutes from Clervaux. There should be directions on the website -- particularly because the information office in Clervaux is open only limited hours. The chateau is very easy to find, once one knows to go to Reuler and then Urspelt (from Clervaux), but if I had not looked that up and printed it myself, I would have had a lot of trouble finding it. |

Very beautiful hotel. Wonderful and helpful staff. Comfy beds, great showers and don't forget your swim suit for the Wellness Rooms. No restaurant but they are opening one in June 09 so that's being taken care of. |

Mooie lokatie, rustig gelegen. Ten gevolge van een bruiloft was restaurant niet geopend. Na enig aandringen toch een (goed) diner gekregen. Wel vriendelijke bediening. Dorp met overige restaurants op vrij grote afstand, dus verwacht je ter plekke te kunnen dineren. |

Het personeel is vriendelijk . Het kasteel ziet er mooi en romantisch uit .In het restaurant zijn ze soepel qua uren .Het is er rustig en de natuur is mooi in de herfst . Clerveaux is dichtbij , een wandeling naar dit kleine stadje is zelfs voor oudere gasten doenbaar . Er zijn vele kleine details die erop wijzen dat het hotel niet echt professioneel gerund wordt .Doos met papieren zakdoekjes in de badkamer leeg . Vergeten toiletpapier aan te vullen . 's morgens bij het ontbijt geen plaats ( niet tijdig afgeruimd ) .Ontbijtbuffet wordt ook traag en slordig aangevuld .Er is geen centrale plaats(geen bar , geen open haard ) waar de gasten elkaar kunnen ontmoeten en waar je iets kunt drinken en wat kunt lezen . Aan de receptie zijn ze vriendelijk en behulpzaam doch er is duidelijk niet veel nagedacht over wat er aan de gasten kan aangeraden worden . Er heerst geen enthoesiasme over de mogelijkheden van de streek , je moet het zelf maar uitvinden en aangezien je er erg kort bent ,kun je dat niet . |
