Excellent location and well situated. Modern furnished in a tasteful theme with classical touches.

The beds were too soft and without 'firm edges'! I can cope with the softness but would like to not feel I'm going to be on the floor if I move too much. Why do hotels insist on providing 2 single duvet's instead of 1 double one? Room coffee etc not replenished on 2 days.

Nice and well maintained hotel in a quiet environment with tasteful indoor design. Friendly personnel. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice private spa. Good value for money.

The 1st floor room below the sloping roof was a quite small.

Let down by some basic errors- very uncomfortable bed, no ventilation in bathroom, hot breakfast was cold, washing reception floor at peak check out time, etc...

Why there were no menu prices mentioned at the reception or even on the menu card in the restaurant?

The location and the food in the restaurant.

The poor service in the restaurant (first in, order taken and served somewhat last). One extremely unexperienced waiter. The extra bed in the suite which did not meet the standards by far of the rest of the suite (damaged, vulnerable, low quality). The spa facilities: wet towels on the floor of the previous customer; look through curtains, sauna/hamam out of use, the fact that you have to clean the bath of the previous customer... The breakfast service: no table nor child chair is offered; child chair was brought upon request but dirty. Lights in the hallways went off too soon in the hallways (having to open the bedroom door in the dark).

although a nice friendly warm welcome at the reception every day the staff did forget to heat the sauna in time, although two times asked for. two days they claimed the temperature would reach 80 within 10 minutes but we wait one hour for a temperature of 65. bad odours in the night (fishy, garbage?)

Beautiful Castle, beautiful room

We enjoyed our stay very much and the restaurant is very good. The castle has been restored to a very high standard and is extremely tastefully appointed. Will stay there again in future

The meal in the restaurant was delicious. Loved the room. Despite the negative comments a pleasant place to stay and would recommend to others.

No air conditioning. Sound from the hallway Carried a long way making it quite noisy in the room. Wi if in the room would be nice.

The design, the aspect, environment was friendly yet private. Use of spa and sauna a bonus. It was one of the most lovely hotels we have stayed in in Europe. The restoration shows a passion of the owner for quality & autheniticity. Simple touches in the decor showed excellent taste and thought. Fabulous breakfast & opulent dining room. Good practical price.

It was much further from the city of Luxembourg than we realized. We are not sorry we travelled the extra distance but our time was limited & we had less time to explore the city itself.

Very nice stay at Chateau dUrspelt. Room was spacious enough, new renovated bathroom with a very nice shower. Also dinner and breakfast very good. Overal, a very nice stay for a weekend away in a nice quit en peaceful area. We didn't used teh Spa facilities, but we could have booked it for one hour for free I understood... The same night there was also a wedding at this Chateau, but still we were not disturbed, and slept very well without any noise and sounds...

It was in a beautiful setting, easy to get to and just what we needed after sightseeing in the city of Luxembourg. Room was comfortable and quiet. Sadly we could not make use of the 'free' facility of the sauna due to technical problems.

早餐的选择非常少；房间隔音效果很差，楼上干嘛，房外干嘛都能听到；床太软了，睡下去就陷进去了，好难受；- 酒店员工会英语的不多，餐厅吃饭的时候不懂法语表示压力很大；附近也没啥玩的，只能呆酒店或者开车去比较远- 的地方。
