The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful! The room was small but adorable!! The location is ideal to enjoy the sights in Rouen and although I regret not partaking in such, they have an beautiful little garden area where you can enjoy an afternoon tea. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel!! |

The room was stark, with a narrow uncomfortable bed, and noisy as it faced a busy street and had inadequate sound insulation. |

I enjoy the breakfast which is excellent given that other hotels in this area do not include this in more expensive room pricings. Parking cost 10eur per day. |

The shower curtain was grossly inadequate resulting in a minor flood in our bathroom. Did not like that our window was located at shoe level of sidewalk so that we could hear the conversations of passersby; a bit annoying. It was not as near the major sites as advertised. |

location, staff, free wifi, free breakfast slow wifi; my room: small, with a low-hanging chandelier that kept getting in the way of my head, strange smell, a window that wouldn't stay open until i blocked it with something heavy |

(1) Excellent location, close enough to the train station, but very quite. (2) Room big and clean. (3) Excellent breakfasts. (1). Shocking: very poor mobile phone coverage in my room (with any Luxembourgish operator), since it was partially under the ground level. I was waiting for a business phone on my mobile and this was a nightmare. I had to run to the internal courtyard to speak, which was not really comfortable. (2). Before 7am you can't checkout because the clerk at the counter is a simple night watchman. 3 people went there at 6.45 asking to checkout (I was one of these). Maybe guests could have been notified to checkout the night before, so as to save time and allow them to leave the hotel when needed. |

Like all hotels in Luxembourg, it is shamelessly overpriced. The hotel is not particularly good or bad, it is just a very average hotel for a steep price. |

Everything was ideal - staff extremely helpful and courteous, room was bright and pleasant. Location was perfect - walking distance to train and bus. The breakfast menu and the food very good; was so convenient having breakfast available at the hotel. Actually everything was great for what we wanted and what we needed. Please extend thanks and appreciation for all they did to the entire staff of Le Chatelet |

Good location, good price/accomodation ratio, friendly staff, parking on site (even if at extra cost) Their promotion of "Non-refundable reservations" at a cheaper price is a booby-trap. Only after confirming the reservation one comes to know it is a "Basic room in the basement" and there is no way to change that. Those rooms are under street level, have no windows and very noisy. |

Very nice for a city trip to Luxembourg. Only about 10 min. to the centre. Nice and friendly stuff, very helpful. Rooms are clean and ok, although the tile floor isn't that comfortable and the rooms are not absolutely new. Asked for a quiet room and got one facing the parking lot, which was ok. Also parking directly at the hotel is very convenient and not too expensive with 10 Euros per day compared to other hotels. Breakfast was really good and various, served from 7 to 10 am, which is also ok when you're on holiday and like to sleep a little longer. Recommended! Bathroom might need refurbishment in a while, but clean and functional though. |
