Hotellet var rent og virket å være pusset opp relativt nylig. Heisen så ut til å være ny, solid og fungerte uten ulyder og vibrasjoner. Frokosten var helt ordinær, som for de fleste relativt rimelige hoteller og smakte utmerket.

Det bør være minst en engelskspråkelig kanal med nyheter, f.eks CNN eller BBC på TV. Sengen var alt for hard.

Hotell med svært trang lobby, men som bar preg av å være rent, trygt og hadde god orden. Høy kvalitet på service og på rommet. Bodde alene i et dobbeltrom.

Manglet varm mat til frokost - bl.a. egg. Da jeg sjekket inn, ble det laget en manuell avdragslapp med mitt kredittkortnummer. Det er normalt at hoteller sikrer seg på denne måten, men lappen burde ha vært revet i stykker i mitt påsyn ved utsjekk.

The location is superb for tourists coming by train.

The service is not friendly and feel like you are in Socialist country. Breakfast is very simple.

I liked that it was close to the city center, near to buses and trains. Not luxury but quite nice.

Only one pillow, would have liked to have two.

The staff were excellent but the facilities were poor.

Lack of airconditioning for a hotel charging such prices. I stayed at the Express Holiday Inn in Milan for 4 nights and it cost substantially less than it cost to stay 3 nights at this hotel. Even my sons complained about the facilities compared to the Express Holiday Inn.

Helpful, friendly staff. The location is central and very convenient to the historic city and to shopping, dining, the train station, etc. Although tiny, it is a pleasant, uplifting and modern hotel; a well-maintained property.

The hairdryer handle got so hot it could not be held!

It was close to the train station. The woman that was at the front desk who was also the woman who prepared the morning buffet was very nice and informative. She couldn't have been more pleasant.

Location OK, but comfort like 3 star.

Clean, well-designed rooms. Very nice breakfast and breakfast room. Helpful, pleasant staff.

I liked the staff. They were professional always trying to provide the best service.

No parking place in front of the hotel. It is almost not possible to stop there and check-in. The hotel offers a parking about 500 meters from the hotel. But to get there you must drive through couple of streets in the center.

attitude, adequate price, not too much crowd, close to the city and easy to approach when arriving from station
