Nice Hotel with flair an enough luxe. Good breakfast buffet an friendly staff.

Every 8 hours you should go to the reception for a new wi-fi password. I have no idea how to use the built-in safe. It is locked with a key. Probably you should go to the reception as well...

Clean and comfortable hotel, the staff is good trained and the breakfast is delicious.

The noise from the street was too much and also I could hear what is going in the rooms next to mine.

Solid hotel for price (it was weekend discount).

Yes. The hotel is very noise because I heve the room on the street side. It's a problem for sleeping.

The hotel is very closed to the central station and just a 15' walk away from the city center. Nice breakfast buffet.

The single room was small, without air conditioning, with the possibility to put on a (noisy) fan.

First of all, I want to say that I liked the location very much. I didn't have the map with me as I came from Gare, and I found it in no time. The location is just perfect if you come to Luxembourg by bus or train, like me. Also, there is a Paris place and a restautrant street near. Also the staff was very helpfull, explained me where the main sightseeing things are. Breakfast was very good, a very big variety of food for such a small hotel. Includes fruits, 3 types of muesli, 3 types of juices, 2 types of mineral water, various types of cakes and croissants, champain, 3 types of bread, multiple types of cheese and meat...Room was also very clean and the bed was veery comfortable :) Also you can smoke in the room.

I cant say I disliked something, but I think the room was too poor decorated and uhm sized for a 4 star Hotel. I expected a bit more from a central european four star in the richest cluntry in the world to be honest :) But its still okay, has shower instead of bath in the bathroom ( in single room), a non LCD tv, a refrigirator. doesnrt have a minibar. However does have a balcony which is pretty bug. But I cant say there is any epic view available from that balcony.

Location of the hotel in relation to surrounding facilities. Breakfast was nice. Staff helpfull when asked. Clean room. Room facilities were good, especially the fan!!

Room 26 is on the street side, sleeping with open window was not possible because of the excessive streetnoise. As it was a hot day/night we didn't get much sleep. We will not book this hotel again in summertime. Information (sketch) to get to and from the parking can be improved upon, (copy of a copy of a copy, street names barely readable) especially the part that was supposed to help you to get out the garage. In that respect the Euro 12.- parking fee was considered expensive.

Location is ok, yet the train station area as such is definitely not the nicest in Luxembourg.

The breakfast is located in the basement and is hence a rather bleak area to start the day. Having said that, the breakfast as such was ok.

the room is not quite enough and does't have a kettle in the room which is not that compatible as being a four-star hotel. yet the hotel does have a very good location if you are travelling by train.

Only few minutes walk to train station. The staff is so kind to offer me an early coffee after she knew I'll be leaving at 5am....

I have been staying in this hotel fo 2 times and both room are facing the road which was noise.
