very child friendly hotel and staff, we had a 3 month baby with us and we had taken the gourmet package, the staff were very accomodating and let us take the baby along..we we noticed that in the bathroom the shower curtain wasnt working well, the water would overflow onto the bathroom floor.. that can be corrected |

The location is wonderful. Overlooking a small river with a castle in the hills above. The restaurant was also excellent with both dinner and breakfast being very good. The only downside was the smell of our room. Although a non-smoking room, we suspect decades of smoking in the room has given it a very particular smell. My wife struggled to sleep with the smell. The room was otherwise clean. |

Lovely location, reasonable sized room and clean. Staff rather aloof at arrival and not very helpful, though the lady on the last day was nice. |

Although it was winter, cold and raining we arrived and felt immediately welcomed. Warm inside the hotel and a warm welcome from al the staff. We had a comfortable room and we could enjoy our stay without any problems. |

Schitterende locatie naast de süre.Zeer goed aangegeven wandelingen.Rustige omgeving. Sauna bruikbaar vanaf 16.00 tot 22.00.Niet voorverwarmd - dus koud om 16.00. |

Het hotel is rustig gelegen en de kamers waren mooi. Er is een mooie welness waarvan m'n gratis gebruik kan maken. De bediening tijdens het gastronomisch menu liet iets te wensen over, ook mocht het hoofdgerecht iets meer zijn ( te kleine portie ).De kamer had een rookgeur ( rookvrije kamer gevraagd ) en de TV afstemming ivm. kanalen kan ook beter. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de cet hotel. La vue imprenable du chateau de Bourscheid, le son apaisant de la rivière... Les paysages environnants sont à perdre le souffle. Le soir venu, après une bonne journée de marche, nous savions que nous aurions un excellent repas. Par contre, si cela serait à refaire, nous opterions pour la demi-pension. Un autre avantage est qu'il y a à proximité (courte distance de marche) l'hotel Belair. Comme ces deux hotels sont affiliés, il est possible de réserver une table pour le dîner à un ou l'autre des hotels. N'ayant pas choisi l'option demi-pension, nous n'avons pu prendre notre dîner dans la pièce principale (la salle à manger) de notre hotel. |

le cadre, le calme, le service mais il est préférable d'y aller au printemps ou en été sauf si on souhaite vraiment ne rien faire d'autre que manger et dormir. |

Het zeer vriendelijke personeel en de prachtige ligging aan de Sûre zijn grote pluspunten voor dit hotel. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Het eten was niet fijn, wat gastronomie betreft scoren ze hier niet goed. De everzwijnrfilet was ver overbakken en de combinatie met de groenten zat goed fout. |

Le calme, la situation, la disponibilité de l'espace sauna et la propreté ; vins excellents et bien choisis En période de chasse, le client qui mange à la carte est nettement défavorisé par rapport à la 1/2 pension ; impossible de trouver du gibier à la carte, et diversité de carte très réduite ... en 3 soirées,j'en avais fait le tour ! Dommage, cela a posé un gros bémol sur mon séjour ... mais cela ne justifie cependant pas une lettre de réclamation ! |

omdat in het hotel vlaams sprekend personeel aanwezig was is zeker een pluspunt voor mij en ze waren bovendien zeer vriendelijk. Wij kwamen voor te vissen 30 euro voor een week en er was weinig te vangen maar dat heeft niets te maken met het hotel zelf.Ze hadden bovendien ook geen vis uitgezet die week wat ik wel spijtig vond. |
