Surrounded by forests, Cocoon Hotel La Rive is located on the banks of Sauer River at the foot of Bourscheid Castle. The hotel offers free WiFi, an à-la-carte restaurant and a wellness centre including a sauna, a fitness centre and a steam bath. Spa facilities, very good breakfast, very quiet location, friendly staff. Not enough light in the room. One of our pillows was stained with blood. The bed was not a double but two singles put together.

Lovely location, ideal for a leisure break, we enjoy walking and were able to walk on marked routes from the immediate location of the hotel. Small complex of spa/sauna rooms excellent way to unwind and relax after being out during the day. Food package was good value and the food was excellent, staff very helpful and took the time to try and explain things to us in English. Room was ok size, with two comfortable arm chairs, which provided nice area for reading, often you have to sit on beds as only one chair in many hotel rooms. We we very lucky to get a room with balcony overlooking river, from which we were able to watch the wildlife. No equipment for tea/coffee making in room - but this is standard for most of Europe.

Wij hebben in een cottage suite geslapen, en dat was heerlijk. Zeer modern in gericht met een fantastisch bubbelbad en dubbele inloopdouche, uitzicht op de beboste heuvels aan de overkant van de rivier en de rivier zelf. Er is een grote ligweide waar je heerlijk kunt liggen. Het enige nadeel was het iets minder vriendelijke personeel, maar daar kunnen wij ons nooit zo druk om maken.

Accomodatie, vooral het personeel, en de ligging waren perfect, een 10/10. De keuken is mij tegengevallen, het vlees van de twee gastronomische menu's was uitgedroogd (waarschijnlijk opgewarmd), het gevogelte op dag drie was verschrikkelijk zout. Op dag vier stond er snoekbaars op de menu en die was voortreffelijk. 1 tegenvaller op 4 tot daar toe, maar 3 ????

Отель закрывают на ночь. Пытались выйти на улицу после 23 часов, все двери закрыты, запасных выходов нет. Темно, все спят. О таких вещах нужно заранее предупреждать. В остальном все нормально, отель как отель.

Nous avons sejourné dans une Suite Cottage dont nous avons apprecié le tout. La chambre, la literie, l'installation sanitaire. Le calme. Terrasse agréable avec vue magnifique. Personnel à l'hôtel parfait, très chaleureux. Belles promenades à faire. Nous reviendrons très volontiers. Bonne continuation. Nous avons trouvé dommage de n'avoir pas de postes français à la T.V. (le soir pour écouter les nouvelles et la météo). Il était signalé pouvoir pêcher mais pas signalé qu'il fallait payer 7,50 € pour un permis d'un jour. Prix élevé pour notre chien : 8,00 €/nuit. Eventuellement faire quelque chose pour le passage le long des Cottages par les voitures roulant quelque peu rapidement (coupe- vitesse par exemple).

Mooie locatie. Zeker bij goed weer aangenaam om gebruik te kunnen maken van hotel-faciliteiten buiten. Tijdens tweede dag van ons tweedaagse verblijf waren zowel turks stoombad als sauna defect. Stoelen aan het water, zoals bij naastgelegen Belair, ontbraken (nog?).

prachtige locatie, eten was erg goed, cottage superluxe en groot! openingstijden spa en geen massage beschikbaar kamer was niet erg schoon, lagen haren van vorige gasten op de grond en in het bad auto's reden erg hard voorbij ons huisje, ondanks het 10 km bord!

endroit magnifique calme et reposant oû on peut faire de superbe promenade .Les repas sont soignés et même pour les plus difficile il y a moyen de trouver des repas qui leurs conviennent. La plaine de jeux pour les enfants pourrait être mieux entretenue.

在卢森堡的山区里，酒店门口就是小河流过，对面的山头是城堡，非常美的周边环境，很适合远足。酒店的餐厅味- 道也很棒，不贵而且分量很足。点的3个course的套餐，start之前的面包才吃完就饱了。太悲剧了。-
