We were very pleased with the attention we received from the staff when we arrived. We had booked a twin room, but as soon as they realised that we had a 3 year old son, they upgraded us to a Studio, which we were extremely happy with. They were extremely attentive and friendly. The lady at the front desk Fatima, offered our son a toy and then later on one of the young members of staff, walked up to us and asked if she could give our son some colouring pencils, and then the gentleman at the front desk rushed around and looked for paper and a colouring sheet for him to colour in.

It seems that this hotel could have been an old Etap hotel, the rooms have absolutely no charme. Never mind, for a Flash Deal (29,-), it is acceptable - however I would never have paid the full price for it. At least a kettle in the room. And clean. Free parking and free internet. Real budget-hotel, yet a supermarket (with cafe) around the corner, so if you booked without breakfast that does not harm you at all.

Very nice and helpfull staff; good breakfast buffet & nice price/quality ratio. The rooms (furniture) are a bit outdated and the bed was not really comfortable. Although I booked a room with Christmas package, I'm still wondering what the Christmas package was. I actually received the same room as the normal room without any extras...

Accueil trés chaleureux, très sympathique, trés agréable.... Personnel trés disponible. Hotel, restaurant agréable , à 3mn de la gare, pratique pour se rendre à Luxembourg ville pour 1,50 E.

Eenvoudige en vrij kleine kamers maar alles functioneel en in orde. Goed bed, goed comfort, gratis flesje water op de kamer, gratis wifi met eenvoudige toegang enz. Goed ontbijt. Dat alles voor zeer schappelijke prijs !

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, facilement accessible. Les chambres sont standards mais propres. Le personnel est accueillant et arrangeant.

zeer vriendelijk personeel, wat gedateerde kamers maar alles zeer proper, prima voor zaken. Restaurant is correct. de verwarming 's nachts is lawaaiierig en de isolatie met de andere kamergeluiden is niet optimaal

Je ne sais si c'est le fait du surbooking mais j'ai pu profiter d'un studio pour le prix d'une chambre normal d'une part et d'autre part j'ai trouvé un accueil très chaleureux contrairement à mon expérience de début de semaine Je regrette d'avoir une chambre qui donnait sur une rue très circulée et bénéficiant d'un enrobé très bruyant que le double vitrage pourtant très épais ne pouvait suffisamment atténuer. J'aurais si je devais choisir aujourd'hui opté pour les chambres donnant sur l'avant de l’hôtel.

Also zu diesen Hotel kann ich nur sagen: schlecht ok es wa sauber aber die zimmer sind alt und nicht schön dusche vill zu klein internet verbindung ging fast gar nicht fernseher klein und nit störungen Fernbedinung fontionierte nicht,.....
