Hotel Le Dany  

Hotel Dany in Strassen (Luxembourg) was excellent. It has a virtue but also a handicap in being close to the motorway. They have made a screen from the noise with trees which works moderately well. Service was excellent - the rooms and facilities also.The staff very helpful and polite.. I and my wife would most decidedly recommend this hotel to anyone - and we were back-packing, which probably means as clientele,we are of the lower order than their mainly commercial customers. We had an very pleasant stay at Le Dany. A.H.Kenny.

Parking on site good. Very friendly hotel convenient to motorway and city centre. Food was good don't be put off by the sign that says they serve pizzas!

The rooms are not comfortable, though great for the price. Also the wifi connection was weak in the room.

the hotel is in a good location close to the center with out the problems, close to the motorway. good parking on site at no charge. friendly helpful staff and a very good Italian restaurant.

Although there was a Pizzeria attached to the hotel, we were greatly disappointed with the food. We ordered pizza and fully expected them to be fresh and hot when they arrived at the table. However, not only were they just warm but there was hardly any tomato and cheese on the pizza and the pastry was like rubber. My husband returned his for heating up but I have to say we think the pizzas were not freshly made and were just taken out of a packet and heated up in a microwave. Our supermarket has better pizzas than the ones we had. As the dining room was full we did not wish to make a scene and just paid the price, which was excessive. One expected better from a Pizzeria..

We are old, maybe that is the reason we found the price not comparable to the room.

We used Hotel Dany as a stop over to our holiday in Austria. The hotel was very accessible from the motorway, easy to find and extremely comfortable. As we arrived late, it was a bonus that the hotel has a very good italian restaurant.

Could use a dedicated space for smokers.

Location was not good for me, as I needed to travel to Kirchberg with work and catching two buses was not ideal.

Leicht zu erreichen, grosser Parkplatz, gutes Zimmer (klein, aber alles vorhanden, TV mit vielen deutschen Kanälen), gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, ruhig (wir waren Sa-So da wo es wenig Gäste gab)
