Gourmet & Relax Hotel De La Sure  

The rooms were themed, which was fun. The room that I was in had a nautical theme. It also had a shower that doubled as a sauna, which was a nice amenity. The woman at the front desk was very helpful as was the head waiter. I'd absolutely stay there again!

the food was very good, there is also a sauna; personnal service with attention.

I liked its location - Esch is a lovely small town and the hotel fits it perfectly. I liked the quirky nature of the hotel - it is one of a pair of 'book hotels'. They are vying with each other to have the most books! You leave a book (or more than one) and take a book if you want to. The room we had was away from the hotel in an annexe and although small had everything we required (except a bath). Lovely food at dinner and breakfast.

A bath would have been nice.

Nice hotel, good location, an exellent restaurant with a good range of wines and dishes.

The staff at reception was unfriendly.

Fantastic location in a stunning area, safe and clean for children. Food was excellent but a touch pricy. The room was excellent and exceptionally clean

A couple of exceptions aside (male owner and a couple of waiting staff) were miserable and bordering on rude

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were constantly surprised with kindness, personal service and excellence! We highly recommend this place and in fact we plan to return for a romantic weekend without the kids!

Beautifully placed hotel in the heart of the village, with friendly staff and nice facilities (spa, restaurant). Perfect for weekend away from the city. Very good food, restaurant is definitely worth recommending. I would like to go back there in autumn again :)

Hotel manager was extremely friendly, and also most of the staff, but not everyone. During dinner they took effort to cook something special for me, as I have some food allergies.

I selected this hotel because it said it had WiFi. The rooms we got were in another house and we had no WiFi. When staying in the main building of the hotel, the WiFi was extremely weak, only accesible if you were at a distance on one meter from it.

Потрясающий отель в потрясающем месте. Самое главное, что у этого отеля, который существует с 1824 года, есть свое неповторимое лицо. Каждый номер - стилизация на определенную тему. У меня был номер - комиксы. Картины с Микки-Маусом, книги и прочие атрибуты декора. Номер просторный и уютный. Отдельное восхищение вызывает ресторан при отеле - готовят фантастически вкусно! Ну и само место - деревушка на изгибе реки с развалинами средневекового замка - очень атмосферно.

Dat we net na het einduur van ontbijt toch nog een tafeltje kregen om uitgebreid te ontbijten ... De psychologische steun na de val van mevrouw op de besneeuwde stenen trap naar beneden ( richting keuken ) ...

Prettige gemoedelijke sfeer. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk eten. Goede hotelkamer.

Het zou prettig zijn als er de mogelijkheid is om een kop koffie op de hotelkamer/studio te zetten. Er is alleen wifi in de algemene ruimtes van het hotel.

Le personnel de l hotel et du restaurant est convivial , bonne soirée au restaurant avec différents budgets et bon petit dejeuner. Attention ! chambre à l écart de l hotel environ 50 metres mais trés calme.

A cause de travaux de rénovation importants, bruits et engins à partir de 7h30, le patron m'a proposé une chambre bien supérieure à celle prévue dans l'annexe (à côté des travaux) et cela pour le même prix (douche à jets,très grande chambre).Petit déjeuner très complet et possibilité d'excellents repas dans l'hôtel.Beaucoup de possibilités de détente sur place, cadre parfois moyenageux en déco sans perdre en confort.

Les possibilités de parking sont limitées, et ne venez pas en camion, ruelles très étroites mais sympa

Wij verbleven in dit mooie hotel zeer aangenaam & mooi hotelkamers . Zeker een aanrader . Ook gemakkelijk voor mensen die geen Frans praten aangezien dit hotel Nederlandstalig is . Eten is zeer lekker en al een paar jaar hetzelfde vriendelijk personeel ! Ligging is ook zeer goed . Echt een zeer gezellig klein dorpje . Een echte aanrader voor wandelaars

Kamers, de lokale kleur, het klinkt open en toegankelijk, en voelt gastvrij.

Het wordt wel tijd dat het hotel zeer kritisch naar haar menukaart kijkt en de wijze van bereiden. Goede intenties ten spijt is een update naar het heden echt wenselijk. Maaltijden maakten een rommelige indruk, veel te zout, te saus gericht, zwaar ondermaats, dat geldt voor alle drie de couverts die we in de groep nuttigden. (En ehh grapje kleintje bier is toruwens ook uit de jaren zeventig-tachtig vorige eeuw.) Ontbijt, ook te rommelig en in hoekje gepropt waar de gasten elkaar in de weg lopen. Jammer omdat hotel en bediening sympathiek zijn en het dorpje uniek. Neem deze kritiek ter harte, het is van een ervaren reiziger!

Super locatie, uitstekend à la carte gegeten, en heel rustige ligging! Aanrader!!

Vooral het restaurant/de keuken is erg goed.

Het inchecken was goed alleen er hetvwas wat afstandelijk, we voelden ons niet echt welkom. Ook de complimenten over het restaurant werden met weinig enthousiasme aangenomen.
