The hotel offered very nice view of the surroundings and a very inviting atmosphere. The breakfast was nice. Our shower had the worst stream ever... It was hurting both my wife and I. Oh, and the coffee was horrible... |

The helpfulness of all the staff particularly as my husband needed medical help during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Although not usually providing room service they happily did so for my husband. The lift was invaluable and should be mentioned in hotel details as few hotels in Luxembourg have one. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. |

Vriendelijk onthaal. Mooie locatie met zicht over de wijngaard en op de Moezel. Het restaurant is zeer goed : lekkere gerechten en een mooie wijnkaart. Suggestie : op de menukaart zouden enkele vegatarische schotels niet misstaan. |

Sa situation exceptionnelle dans les vignes Sommes trés déçus du restaurant. Le rapport qualité prix trés trés mauvais. C'est cher et pas bon du tout. |

Ligt mooi op een heuvel met vanuit de kamers een prachtig uitzicht op wijngaarden en de Moesel, prettig gedineerd in het panorama restaurant. Er hing een muffe huislucht, men liet gasten met een grote herdershond in de kamers toe, het was er niet schoon, stijl jaren tachtig met bahama-beige sanitair, bruin beige vloerbedekking en wanden etc. Op de gangen stonden allerlei spullen, een bijzet kinderbedje, kast en tafel zonder functie, leestafel in de buurt van de te kleine lift. Ontbijtzaal met plakkerige kunsstof tafellakentjes, ober die tafels schoonmaakt met een erg vies vaatdoekje, wat uitgebluste exploitatie. Renoveren en upgraden is het devies! |

L'accueil à l'hôtel était très aimable. La restauration et les conseils reçus était excellents. La vue sur la ville de Remich depuis la terrasse était très belle. Il n'est pas possible de déjeuner ou de dîner à la terrasse à cause du vent. |
