It's location and complimentary breakfast, but mostly the giant old tub in the bathroom. After running the Foyer Echternach marathon, I luxuriated in a hot bath. Some of the other clients were loud and rude. I do not blame the hotel for this.

Echternach is a delightful & historic town & the hotel is very well situated at its centre, yet tucked back from the main square so that it is quiet. The countryside around is beautiful & there are several paths starting from Echternach, providing interesting walks of varying lengths. Some of the lights in the passages didn't work, or it was hard to find the switches, making it difficult at times to find one's door. The bedside lights were very unreliable & seemed to go on & off at will. It would be nice to have tea-making facilities in the room. But overalll we were pleased with our stay.

Location A little bit dated - especially the bathroom - shower head holder was broken - toilet cystern took along time to fill!

Perfect location in centre of Echternach for day trips in the region. Rooms are clean, breakfast is excellent. Good value for money. The shower in the room I used was somewhat old.

Should have shower for us Americans. (Or at least provide a shower curtain, so water doesn't go everywhere.) We don't know how to use the hose thingy and don't like to take baths. I'd like to see how the Europeans use that bathtub hose. Do they stand up in the tub (there are no shower curtains)? Do they sit down, lay down, kneel on their knees, or what? Every time I use that hose, I get water all over the bathroom.

Ik was daar in functie van deelname aan de marathon en ik heb wel van de rust genoten. Je moet de lift nemen om op de 1ste verdieping te geraken.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que des animaux soient admis dans les chambres alors que c'est de la moquette.Moi' qui suis allergique aux puces j'ai eu des démangeaisons toute la nuit.En plus,la salle de fitness est carrément à l'abandon.cela est dommage.

Goed verzorgt ontbijt. Goede centrale ligging. Foutieve informatie door personeel. Geen parkeer mogelijkheid bij het hotel in de buurt. Je moet je auto bij het centraal station zetten of duur betaalt parkeren.

Proper maar oud ingericht. Er was geen extra confort. Het ontbijt was goed. De kamer en badkamer waren proper maar oud.

Ligging + netheid kamer Matras is dringend aan vervanging toe, gehorige kamer, zeer basic ingericht. Kamer + badkamer zijn oubollig en dringen aan vernieuwing toe. Voor het geboden comfort al bij al minstens 10 euro te duur. Geen 3 sterren waard.

Tweede maal in dit hotel om locatie en prijsredenen. Hadden deze keer pech dat de verwarming het liet afweten. Kan gebeuren maar andere gasten deelden mee dat dit de vorige nacht ook het geval was. Povere verontschuldigingen van de hoteluitbater (eigenlijk nonsens verhaal). Geen voorstel tot tegemoetkoming in prijs of zo. Eigenaardig dat de (te laag afgestelde) verwarming terug opsprong op het uur van het ontbijt 's morgens. ..
