Room facilicities as described, no bad surprises. Balcony on request worked as well. Parking possibilities good even outside hotel parking. Breakfast was a bit disapppointing. There was only a very small choice between things, and sometimes some were not replaced when empty not even the next day. So breakfast deserves minus points, but the room and everything else was excellent. |

Its location. You can take walks along the Mossell River and to a winery. The balcony rooms are noisy, lots of street traffic noise. The restuarant staff was very friendly but the food was only average. |

chambre spacieuse Extrêmement bruyant : surplombe une route nationale très passante, pas d'isolation phonique. Pas de climatisation. Equipement de la salle de bain très perfectible. Pas de réceptionniste : le client est obligé d'appeler un n° de GSM pour qu'on vienne lui ouvrir. J'ai dû attendre plus de 15 minutes avant de pouvoir être en relation. Restaurant fermé durant période. Hôtel à éviter ! |

La table. Excellent dîner bien qu'on ait beaucoup attendu avant de me servir le dessert. L'environnement bruyant car si cet hôtel est situé dans un bel endroit, il est le long d'une route à grande circulation. Circulation à longueur de journée ne cessant que vers 2 heures du matin pour reprendre à 6 heures. Les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisées (simple verre). |

Dreckiges Badezimmer mit vielen Haaren auf dem Boden, nicht geputzter Nachttisch,durchgelegene Betten, Raucherzimmer trotz Nichtraucherwunsch, Frühstück war nicht rechtzeitig angerichtet,insgesamt sehr laut.Jedes Etap-Hotel ist besser und günstiger, wir haben selten so schlecht übernachtet. |

Schone,ruime kamer. Opgeknapt qua sanitair/badkamer en binnenschilderwerk. Inrichting wat gedateerd. Voor ons niet hinderlijk. Mooie ligging en balkon met zicht op Moezel. Enkele malen duidelijke informatie vooraf gekregen dat restaurant gesloten was en hoe wij in hotel binnen moesten komen. Ook nog iemand ter plaatse op dag van aankomst. Goed ontbijt. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Wat onpersoonlijke benadering bij afrekening (gesprek met andere hotelgebruiker ging gewoon door) |

Devoir payer 7 € pour un petit chien (bichon maltais de 2,8kg) alors qu'il n'est théoriquement pas autorisé dans la salle de restaurant et dans la salle du petit déjeuner.; La serveuse pourrait essayer de parler quelques mots de français !!!! |
