Nice location, excellent facility and service. Food is good, but comparing with French hotel, a bit level down. But it is still good and satisfactory. |

nice location on a hill overview over echternach, very good swimming pool & spa, nice clean rooms with balcony restaurant is expensive and choice rather limited, breakfast was very good. In a international hotel I would expect a menu card not only in French but also Deutsch and English |

Pleasant athmosphere of all the hotel, very nice and helpful staff, perfect wellness and sport area, great location ïn a quiet park but not far from the town, a terrace at the room. Two piece mattress drifting apart. Otherwise only little things: not enough hooklets in the bathroom and only few clothes hangers in a wardrobe. A tea/coffee maker in the room would be nice. |

The service provided by all the staff was really impressive. They were all extemely warm, friendly and helpful. The whole place had a really nice atmosphere. The swimming pool was lovely. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning. Even a ceiling fan would have helped. It was really very warm at night. |

Very nice, professional Staff. Very good kitchen! Buffet excellent. Very nice place for those who like trekking. Not much to do after 22.00. Bar is closed :( |

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Das Gourmet-Essen habe ich von der Qualität her in anderen Häusern schon weitaus besser erlebt. Nur weil der Koch Franzose ist, ist leider nicht automatisch das Essen "first class" |

een fantastische spa, met verschillende soorten hammams en sauna's, alles ook heel nieuw / topkeuken vrij verouderde kamers (zoals tv en inrichting, met veel bloemmotieven en vieux roze) |

Heel mooi en leuk verblijf, waarbij het personeel erg attent was. Daarnaast was het ook nog een gastronomisch zeker de moeite waard, de accomodatie was prima, kort om een leuk weekend gehad in Luxemburg! Zeker een aanrader. |

L'amabilité du personnel, le cadre splendide dans lequel se trouve l'hôtel, le petit déjeuné délicieux, les installations thermales et sa piscine intérieure chauffée, le parc privatif de 80000m², la terrasse de la chambre, la salle de bain design. Le matelas du lit trop dur, le fait que cela soit des lits jumeaux, difficile de dormir à deux sans tomber au milieu... |

Het personeel is heel vriedelijk en gedienstig,eten was lekker en goed opgedient,mooi zwembad en fitnes en al wat er nog bij hoort,ook een moooie ligging,echt een aanrader,en fijn om er terug naar toe te gaan!!! |

Personeel is zeeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam,lekker eten, mooie ruime kamer, drie mooiesauna's, proper groot binnen- en buiten zwembad, mooie wijnkaart enz.... Als het te vernoemen waard is ... te kleine wijnglazen (vooral de rode) de wijn kon niet gerold worden - de douchekop in onze kamer maakte veel lawaai en is mijn inziens aan vervanging toe. Punt. |

Reeds van bij uw aankomst krijg je het gevoel dat er op je wordt gewacht. Door de supervriendelijke en gedienstige ontvangst voel je je snel thuis in dit toch wel grote complex. We hebben nooit het gevoel gehad de zoveelste in de rij te zijn.We hebben er dan ook met volle teugen van genoten. We hadden een kamer met jet-douche en whirlpool maar kregen geen uitleg over het gebruik ervan. Het was dus wel even zoeken voor we de juiste knopjes hadden ontdekt. Langs de andere kant was het ook wel leuk om dit allemaal zelf te moeten ontdekken. Blijkbaar zat de syfon in de douche verstopt met een kleine overstroming tot gevolg. Gemeld aan de receptie en dag nadien was het euvel al verholpen |

Zeer mooi en luxueus hotel, schitterend gelegen langs het meer van Echternach en met oninneembare vergezichten over de vallei van de Sure. Minibar werkte niet toen we toekwamen, maar dat was in de kortste keren geregeld. |
