Very nice, professional Staff. Very good kitchen! Buffet excellent. Very nice place for those who like trekking. Not much to do after 22.00. Bar is closed :( |

The hotel is well situated and well managed. The room was large, adequately appointed, and the views from the front of the hotel were spectacular. The swimming pool was large, exceptionally clean and architecturally well designed. There was no air conditioning which made sleeping difficult. If one is unlucky to have to eat inside on a fine warm summer evening, the high temperature makes eating a less memorable experience. There were insufficient loungers at the poolside. |

everything, the rooms were so big and beautiful and the balcony was big and nice. I was surprised that a lot of waiters only spoke French. But there was also a Dutch speaking person which was nice. |

Goede sport faciliteiten. Goed zwembad. goede sauna. Lekker eten. De bar was dicht wegens "te mooi weer"!! Moeilijk om s'avonds iets te drinken te krijgen. In de bar die wel open was was geen personeel te vinden. |

Personeel en ligging echt top. Ontbijt ook super. De kamers, met name het meubilair ogen ouderwets maar zijn wat mij betreft rustiek te noemen en compleet in overeenstemming met de ligging naast het meer en bos. Slechts 1 minpunt: Het was echt te warm in de kamer. Er is geen airco of andere mechanische afzuiging, en de deur helemaal open zetten bood ook geen soelaas. De nachten waren daardoor niet echt heel prettig. Vandaar ook de "matig" score op comfort. |

We vonden de ligging van het hotel uit de kunst. Ook de activiteiten zijn genoeg aanwezig. We waren niet tevreden over de inrichting van de kamer, niet meer van deze tijd. Het bed kraakte enorm en de douche-cabine is voor hele magere mensen bedoeld. |

De service van het personeel was buitengewoon goed. Iedereen was zeer attent, vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Aangenaam was ook de uitstekende pianist. De badkamer was bijzonder goed en van absolute klasse! Het meubilair van de kamer was kwalitatief beneden alle peil. Het bed was bijna niet te beslapen en verwacht ik nog niet in een 2-sterren hotel. De stoelen waren ergonomisch onverantwoord. De stoel van de schrijftafel was kapot. Er waren geen schemerlampen, geen lamp op de schrijftafel. Enige decoratie was niet aanwezig. |

Goede service, alles in orde, ook voor zakelijk een verblijf van 1 nacht. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de ontspanningsmodaliteiten (spa, zwembaden, etc.), maar zag er goed uit. Meubilair in onze kamer was proper maar gedateerd, alsook de badkamer. Bed was wel heel goed. Ontbreken van airco is zeker een minpunt. |

prachtige accomodatie in een schitterende omgeving met een uitstekende bediening het diner op de eerste avond van ons verblijf. we kregen een plaatsje toegewezen in een "zijzaaltje" waar geen zicht naar buiten toe mogelijk is, met dan nog een klein tafeltje aan een van de vele palen binnen deze ruimte. onze vraag om een leegstaande tafel in het eigenlijk restaurant in te nemen stuitte op een njet. de tweede avond werd dit ruimschoots recht gezet. |
