°the location was perfect, next to all the public transportation, near the city center and the main market, few minutes to the tourist areas of Luxembourg. °the breakfast was a good value of food and the hall was quit and nice and the stuff was so friendly with us and very helpful. °the room was big with very nice view to the main train station and it was very clean and very comfortable. ° We were thinking that the cost was a bit high but when we try and saw everything about the Hotel we think it worth it. *if we go again to Luxembourg we will stay in the Hotel.

A bit of old fashioned lift...

We had a 'superior' room with four windows overlooking the central railway station opposite. Access by lift or stairs was appreciated. Central location and within easy walking distance of the main tourist sites made this ideal accommodation for train travellers.

Lovely rolls and buffet choice for breakfast. Clean and superbly close to railway station.

Staff not friendly

Very convenient for the station and bus to the airport without picking up much traffic noise. Very comfortable beds and excellent shower!

No English language channels on the TV.

Hotel staff helpful and proactive, when it came to arranging the location of our rooms.

One minor niggle; in the shower in our room (22) there was no ledge for the soap/shampoo.

clean, fresh linens, comfortable beds, location very accessible from the train station, lots of restaurants nearby, as well as other shops to find what we needed: groceries, sundries. Breakfast more than adequate.

The manager was very quick to help us when we had a problem in our room. He came up 3 times to make sure everything was okay. It's in a good location, close to the train station.

Before we went, I read the reviews that said it was noisy but I didn't think it was that bad...but it was. The wall were paper thin. We heard our neighbors and it made it difficult to sleep. If someone walked up or down the stairs, we could hear their conversations. While it was across from the train station, the windows shut out most of the outside noise but we could hear everything our neighbors did inside. The hotel could use some renovation but it was clean.

Helpful reception. Made sure I had a safe place to park my motorcycle. Pleasant, modern hotel.

The parking place is far away from the hotel. Dificult to stop de car in front the hotel.

Breakfast sufficient but can be improved

Location is okay. But there are some red-light-district-look-alike places nearby so I don't know whether it is safe to walk at night in this area.

Smell of mold in an elevator shaft. Small elevator. Wan't sure that room was clean. Very this walls! I heard a guy coughing in the next room and his alarm in the morning! Therefore, absolutely no privacy.

Convinient location just near the railway station. Double conform room was spacy and clear. Shopping is nearby, only 5 mins walk. Center is about 15-20 mins nice walking. Breakfast is typical ( croissant+cafe+yogurt) but included in the price.

Small room, the bathroom floor was covered by water for the whole night because there was no siphon.

It is very near the train station and it is possible to visit the old downtown on foot.

They are very rigorous with check-in hours. We arrived just 20 minutes before and a very rude woman said us: "No, no... it is not the right time. Return since 20 minutes"...

Location is great. Opposite the Central Station. Breakfast included into room rate. Will be back if needed a hotel in Center of Luxemburg.

Reception staff very helpful, recommended a good restaurant and had pc in reception to do online check in. Rooms very clean, light, nice bathroom.

Not a lot really. Hotels in Luxembourg are generally expensive and €119 per night for a 3 star is not cheap. At least breakfast was included!

The style of renovation, well nem style.

The hotel is exactly on the other side of the train station, which is very confortable especially if one arrives late to Luxembourg without knowing the city. All main bus stops are equally in front of the train station as are taxi stands. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and prompt. Wifi system works well even in the upper floors. Breakfast is sufficient. I can only recommend Hotel Empire.

Position. The Grand Duchy has numerous attractions outside Luxembourg city and excellent public transportation. This hotel is close to the main railway station and the adjacent bus station. The old city is twenty minutes away on foot. Breakfasts were excellent.

conveniently located, right outside the train station, you can see the station from the windows. easy walk to city centre. simple, clean, meet all the basic needs.
