Very nice very clean room, good breakfast, excellent evening meal choice. Room was a good size for two adults and two children. Very impressed, only 10 minutes outside Luxembourg City and very near to the airport also. would use again Could not find on the Tom Tom. Had to type in village name and then look for it. Tom Toms fault not the hotels. |

Modern room with clean furniture and minibar refridgerator. Bread was not replenished when it was consumed by other guests. No service/staff noticed at breakfast. Coffee at breakfast was dreadful. Curtains did not block lights from outside. Beds were on wheels without blocking mechanism. There was no possiblity to hang the shower of the bath tub to the wall. Only a bath available, no shower contrary to the booking information. |

Large room. Room/bed not cleaned/changed during my short stay (2 nights). Upon check-out, clerk (young man) at counter incapable of smiling and asking/saying anything apart that he needed my credit-card. Didn't say hello nor good-bye. Son of owner or trainee? Can go back to school he must have missed the chapter on basic communication skills with clients. In bathroom no hook on wall for shower head. |

Twice a year I stay at this hotel for my work and sometimes 4 or 5 nights and this since the opening many years ago. The manager is a friendly man , the food is good and the hotel is close to the highway. Its a good value for your money. |

Driving from Germany first to Vianden in the morning, and then down south to Luxembourg city, and then back up a short distance to the hotel, we found the hotel location to be just perfect, very accessible by car, and yet not in any congested area. Hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and well-furnished. One of the three rooms we booked had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. |

I think the idea of the room design is to make feel as if you are in flat or studio accommodation . The toilet is also separated from the bathroom which was good idea provided that wash basin should be added to it. The room was spacious which was the most thing I liked.The Kitchen staff were quite helpful in warming our milk bottles ( for babies ) twice a day. The tv size was quite small . The heating system did not work the last night although it ws switched on. The female receptionist was great . Rest of colleagues were also helpful but a bit conservative!. The first receptionist we met was not friendly. Hotel location suits summer vacation most!. |

Ontvangst was prettig. Geboden mogelijkheid om tot 14.00 uur van de kamer gebruik te mogen maken was zeer ruimhrtig. De (rare) Franse gewoonte om onder het onderlaken een plastic/subber laagje te leggen; dat slaapt onplezierig. |

Correctheid van handelen, kamer was proper in orde en het ontbijt was ook zoals het hoorde! De loopband in de fitness functioneerde niet naar behoren. Dit is voor mij een reden om een bepaald hotel te kiezen om te overnachten. |

Dobré snídaně, celková čistota hotelu, klidný a tichý hotel. Při cestě z ČR dále na západ ideální pro tranzitní ubytování.Vinikající cena v poměru se službami. Při pobytu na počátku listopadu byla na pokoji první noc zima. Pokoj nebyl před příjezdem vytápěn. Druhá noc už OK. |

Sehr höffliches und freundliches Personal. Sehr bemüht die Gäste zufrieden zu stellen.Nahe am Luxembourg Stadt. Das Restaurant Kulinarisch sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer etwas altmodig. Das Frühstücksbüffet noch gut. Leider der Kaffee aus der Kanne immer nur lauwarm. |

Bovenal de uitstekende keuken.Verder gemakkelijk bereikbaar en volop parkeergelegenheid. Al met al goede tegenwaar voor het geld. Maar nogmaals: bovenal de prima keuken. De beugel waaraan de handdouche moet kunnen worden bevestigd, was defect. Er mankeert een bout waardoor de handdouche niet op de gewenste hoogte kan worden vastgezet. Kamer 219. Zou Huishouding moeten zien. |
